Ursula in the pharmacy was fantastic. She was so helpful and cheery, even at 11 pm when we went over for an urgent prescription. She was extremely helpful and they are so lucky to have such an amazing staff member.

I had to go in on Saturday, knowing the hair color comes in on Thursday. Several times, the black hair color is sold out. Please order more black in the Swartzcoff brand.

I came here today with my three-year-old to do a passport photo. I told the lady I needed assistance. She just told me somebody would be right with me and dismissed me. I waited 10 minutes. After realizing her manager wasn’t in front it was only then that she called over the speaker for a manager to do the photo. When he finally came, he asked me if it was for a child or an adult. I said a child and he said they only do Post office not at CVS. I’m very disappointed because I always come to this location and your website states otherwise. I definitely think the manager was just being lazy and didn’t have the patience to deal with taking a photo for a child and used this as an excuse. My child is well behaved. I ended up going down the street to another cvs and they had no problem doing her photo in 5 minutes.

Just wanted deodorant..lock n key..pressed help button waited...waited...waited..walked out watching employees play on phones..went to walgreens grabbed deodorant and got in amd out quick and simple

Getting prescription at the drive Thru should not take over 20 minutes. I get faster customer service going into cvs prescription. It is soooooo discouraging

After reading poor reviews on here about this location, I see that I am NOT the only one disappointed with the pharmacy department of this CVS location. It may be time for CVS to either retrain this pharmacy staff or move others into this location. POOR communication and poor service. I am transferring my prescription to another pharmacy that actually has a live person answer questions when you call! CVS time to revamp this pharmacy staff!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I came here twice. They said they did not have the Rx and it was at the Linebaugh location. I went there and it was not there. I called the Dr and he said he called it in to this location 2 times. I came back and was told she would.listen to the voice-mail when she could and I'd have to wait. I have a family member at home with a 102 fever who needs their medicine .This is the most horrible incompetent pharmacy I have ever been to! Never again.
