This review comes pretty late, but I wanted to make sure I bragged about the service I received from Claribel and Roy! I mean WOWWW! they were/are INCREDIBLE! SO very friendly, patient, kind, efficient, BEST service I've ever received from a GEICO office! their manager was great too, we had really good conversation. Please acknowledge and commend these wonderful people for their above and beyond service...well deserved...thank you all so very much and God bless!

I have worked with multiple reps but nothing compares to Melinda. She is truly one of the most responsible I have ever worked with. She's hardworking sweet, and such a gentle soul. Geico should be proud to have an employee like Melinda. I would give her more than five stars if I could. Beach Club.

Things have changed I came in last time and I renewed my Flood Insurance Policy with no Issues. Today not the case they wanted me to handle everything at the front desk personal information in the lobby or call Wright Flood when I was prompt from Wright Flood to go to GEICO to see an Agent to assist me. The front desk CSR was confused and needed additional assistance. I am not pleased at all! I asked for an agent and to be assisted in an office still the run around. Why do I need to çontinue to do business with this Office? Run..

Very very helpful I don't know how I could have gotten this done Geico wanted to have a police report and photos email to GEICO she was the best her patience with me was unbelievable her customer service over the top. I'm talking about c l a r i b e l m o n t a l v o if there was 10 Stars I'd give to her. I am not computer savvy and she downloaded everything for if I go to have thank you thank you thank you

I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the managers, Todd. He helped me find coverage for my new car, explained everything in an easy to understand manner, and saved me money. This was the best insurance experience I’ve ever had. I don’t feel taken advantage of, and actually got better coverage for a lower price. My experience was genuine and personable. Thank you!
