The service staff was helpful, friendly, professional, and quick to change my flat tire for my mountain bike. The tech educated me a bit about wheel construction and provided some tips for the future. Helpful, efficient, and affordable. It's great to have this shop in my neighborhood!

Worst experience at a bike shop I’ve ever had. I’ll try to sum it up but they took over a month to complete a simple suspension bearing replacement and standard shock rebuild. They don’t actually offer loaner bikes like they say they do, at least not in my case. They charged around $450 dollars to do said service and then didn’t complete it all so I got charged for things that didn’t happen. They did offer to take $20 off because all the delays, but that didn’t happen either. I then left them a poor review on the survey they send out and they called to apologize and ask what they could do to make me retract it. I then realized they had not given me back my key to be able to remove my battery so I asked them to mail the key and actually give me the $20 and I will ignore the other stuff and amend the review. This again took a while and I had to call a few times but eventually they sent the key along with an apology letter and $40 of gift cards which I was grateful for the unexpected $20 even if it was only in store credit. The problem was they mailed a 3” long sharp metal key in that thin single ply paper apology card envelope. Anyone who’s ever payed rock paper scissors knows the second someone put weight on it or bent the envelope the key was going to pop through, which it did and fell out somewhere in transit. When I called to see if they would send me another because they have to be custom ordered, the manager Jake said tough luck that’s your problem call the post office, pretty much in those words. This was all 100% their fault and that was the response I got, avoid this store at all costs or at least until this guy Jake leaves.

Always enjoy how friendly and helpful this store and their staff is. I consider myself a rider but not a bike geek and these guys always make me feel welcomed and comfortable with their recommendations and just the way they treat customers. I drive 45 minutes to get to this store and I refuse to go anywhere else because of their customer service.

Erik is the man! He remembers me every time i come in and always takes the time to have a conversation with me and help with all my bike needs. I go a little bit out of my way just to come to this location. Best trek store in the area!

My worst experience with any bike shop so far. Bought a used bike in the Tampa area and asked the seller to bring the bike to this store for inspection and shipping. They did a terrible job on both.
Inspection: the seller listed the bike as like-new, and after inspection, an employee of this store confirmed to me the bike was in “very good”condition and the “ONLY”noticeable issue was the chain being a little stretched thus needing replacement. When I received the bike, I was totally shocked by the amount of wear and scratches on the bike. You can see in the pics of the actual condition of the bike I received. How can any reasonable bike person call this “like new” or “very good”? They also failed to notice that the seatpost was stuck until several days later when they tried to box it for shipping. I suspect they might have also caused the hairline crack on the carbon seatpost clamp while trying to forcefully remove the stuck seatpost. Nor did they ever call to my attention the clunkiness in the right shifter, or the amount of wear on the brake tracks of the wheels. In short, I would not have bought this bike had this shop provided an accurate assessment of the condition of the bike. After paying $80 for packing and $190 for shipping, I am now stuck with a bike that is worth substantially less than what I paid for and is a complete disappointment every time I look at it.
Shipping: I bought the shipping label from BikeFlights and sent it to the shop on July 8. Got a text from them on July 9 that the bike had been boxed and was ready to go out. Yet, they did not actually send it out until July 19 after I called 3 times to check the status. Plus some UPS delay caused by weather conditions, I only received the bike two days ago.
Overall, an extremely disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
First Update 8/1/2024: It has been a couple of days since they responded to my review here. They have both my personal cell number and email address, yet complete silence so far and no communication whatsoever. No email, no text, no voicemail, no nothing. Not sure in what ways did they try to contact me "a couple of times."
Second Update August 10, 2024: It has been two weeks and no one from this store has reached out to me yet. I brought the bike to two very reputable bike shops in Chicago and both of them told me the frame is not fixable due to the crack on the seat post clamp. So because of the negligence of this store, I bought a bike that is not even ridable and they have done nothing to address this situation other than paying lip service in a reply to my initial google review.

This is the best bike shop in Tampa. I can't say enough about the friendly attitude and knowledge. Ben was absolutely amazing...ask for him when you need any service to your Bike.

Ben incredible Job. Unbelievable experience. He helped me with the hitch in the back of my truck. He went over and beyond. Did way more than necessary. I give it five stars. I will be back for all my biking needs.

Someone hit the back tire of my bike. It caused a wobble. They fixed it right up. Fast repair work. They even cleaned up my bike. Friendly service is almost an understatement. Everyone there looks and acts like they truly love it there. They helped me pick out a new helmet. Even showed me the ones they have on sale. They gave me suggestions on when and what will need to be done in the future. The pricing is decent as well.
I couldn't believe the difference in riding it home versus when I took it in for repair. It's almost like a new bike.
