They've treated me really well over the years. Had a wheelchair at one time, was able to redo the wheels for a quick resolution to the issue. Now on a trike to get another resolution to a new issue. Yes, I have issues. :)Nice, cordial staff.

It all started with Hanna who was so helpful and so kind. Eric took over and he was a pro! Also kind and patient. They really explain everything to you and even helped us find the best bike trails in town. My son loves his new bike recommended and Eric even helped with the right helmet and more!

I had a great experience fixing up my bikes with Trek for an upcoming race. Hannah at the Tampa Carrollwood store was excellent to work with - she listened and understood the problems and worked with me to come up with solutions. Eventually, when I need to do some more work on the bikes, I’ll be coming back.

Eric and Matthew created an exceptional experience. They were responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the store had a great inventory of bikes to choose from. They were able to order anything I needed. This store is now my go to place for all my bicycling needs.

Eric was awesome. He spent almost 2 hours with me getting my bike exactly the way I needed. Being a new rider myself, this was my first “real” bike that I’ve purchased, and Erik gave me great tips to get my biking journey started, and he also shared some amazing stories along the way. I drove over an hour to this location, mainly because they had the bike I wanted in stock, but I am so glad I did because Eric and the entire staff were so friendly and accommodating. Angel and Erik were friendly and professional. Erik took great care and time seeing to all the details associated with new bike setup. The Trek Carrolwood store is a very nice Trek venue with a great selection of models and sizes.

Matt (the service manager) was so incredible helpful, I truly could not thank him enough! I brought my used Trek bike in to see what was going wrong with my brakes and he was so patient and helpful with me. I’m a very new rider and don’t know the parts very well so he took his time explaining and showing me how to properly attach and disconnect my front tire. The staff there was all so kind, welcoming, and great vibes! I will forever be thankful for Matt’s help. Would recommend coming to this location for all your bike needs and wants!

I HAD TO COME HERE AND GIVE THE BIGGEST SHOUT OUT TO ERIC @ Trek Carollwood! I’ve been to many other bike shops and none compare to the quality and service I experienced at this specific Trek! Don’t waste your time at another bike shop/store. This is the one! This is no my official go to and I live in South Tampa/St. Pete but I’m willing to make the trek to this Trek!

Walked into Trek to look at the Marlins that were on sale. We had a couple questions and met Andre. He was laidback, knowledgeable, and allowed us to test ride some bikes. On top of that, he hooked us up with some great deals. We really appreciated his help and are looking forward to putting our new bikes to use!

Awesome customer service. Came in for a new bike for my daughter and Andre helped us out. He was Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helped my daughter find the perfect bike. I would highly recommend this shop and a Trek bike again. We will be going back to this location for our next bicycle purchase. 10 out of 10

We LOVE this local bike shop we have gone to for 20 years! We LOVE that it switched over to Trek ownership, but the regular employees stayed on board! It's a GREAT shop with a huge variety of bikes! accessories! helmets! clothing! shoes! They stock many items in variety of size, color, etc. The knowledge and expertise in this shop is by far the best we have ever seen! They are very professional and eager to assist you in any way possible, without being pushy! They are so helpful! Matt is an AWESOME mechanic who knows his stuff! Their mission is seen time and time again, for you to ride comfortable yet safely, while enjoying your own personal ride. They help you achieve this! :-)

Everyone was so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. We purchased a bike for our son's birthday present and they helped us get the perfect one. He loves it! No pressure sales. Expertise and knowledge of employees was exceptional! We shopped around and this bike shop was the best in all areas. It was worth the drive. We will continue being a loyal customer and bringing our bikes for maintenance.

Fantastic service and lightning fast. My two daughters seven and nine loved this place and did not want to leave. But my bike was serviced so fast we had to go and they were bummed. They loved all the cool stuff and the sheep.
