I love shopping at DD’s Discounts because I am able to found a lot of wonderful merchandise for my whole family. Certain stuff you just know not to buy from here. The cashier was kinda rude,She pulled the money out of my hand roughly and I didn’t appreciate that. Love the deals but the customer service could be better

Horrible experience I paid right next to the loss prevention lady and she watched me while I was paying for my items. I felt treated like a thief after being asked for a receipts at the door which was only five steps away. Do not come to this dds discount the customer service is horrible. In addition the manager didn’t have time to come out and addressed my concern how funny is that I spent over $120 what a joke of a store……..I was able to reach their corporate office and came back in to the store with one of their customer support on the line they explained to the manager who now had the time to come out that I CAN DECLINE TO SHOW MY RECEIPT AT THE DOOR AND WALK AWAY!!!! It’s nice to know that their employees do not know their store policies and mistreat their customers.

I’m appalled to say the least. I came in Saturday, 6/2 and I bought over $30 worth of merchandise. I purchased things and so did my boyfriend. I specifically purchased two onesies which I no longer have the receipt for.. well I was looking through my stuff tonight and my onesies are missing. I went into the store tonight to try and get an answer on where my stuff is. I showed the manager “Nathalie” my bank statement and told her a time I went in. She went and ran the cameras with an attitude, came back showing me the video claiming no bags were missing but if that was the case, where is my baby stuff?
She didn’t do anything else from there to try and make the situation better. So now my money is lost and the onesies aren’t with me. Thank you all for nothing, never shopping with you guys ever again.
