I looked on Google search, and they said the store was open till 10. So I walked a mile to get here, at 9:24, and the door is locked and there’s some lady standing in there and saying we’re closed. Get your goddamn hours right?

Always closing or always closed, sign says till 10pm if you need more people to work put a hiring sign or something yo dam it’s 4pm and you telling me your closed and kicking people out.

Apparently the manager Mary has all of her employees terrified of her and also she refuses to let the assistant manager remove expired products off the shelves and then the employees are not allowed to exchange the expired products or give a refund, going against the policy for Dollar general on returns. This location has been reported and is now being investigated. Guess I could have just been refunded for my expired items or given non expired ones but they refuse, so I refuse to not report them. I've been informed an investigatior has already been assigned and will be conducting an investigation soon. Well, now might be the time to get cleaning the expired products off your shelves 🤷♀️

Management here sucks. Cashiers are rude. There was only one cashier/team lead here that always had a smile on her face always helpful and they fired her. Very considerate young lady.
Now we just get attitudes all day and they close earlier than their original time.
Please close this store or bring in new management!

Came in today the 1/5/2025 and a supervisor was at the cashier in a rush, she did not give me a receipt so I had to request it, she then accused me of snatching it from her hand, when I disputed her that i did not she then said bye bye as if kicking me out of the store, very rude and unprofessional, she did not want to be
there and was rushing to get customers out with no respect to others, she needs to be fired and go work at a place that is not costumer related .

They don't let use the restroom and they are saying the restroom is broken and customer service is so bad and when people ask for something they are rude and no polite they don't like Spanish people......

The assistant manager Stephi (hope I spelled her name correctly) was the most helpful and delightful person I've had the pleasure of meeting. I am disabled and I was very much struggling to shop. I needed assistance with a product and not only did she assist she went above her call of duty in her position but not as a caring human being. If companies put more stock into employees such as her, everyone's experience could be this pleasant. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Stephi.

I wish I can give this store a zero, because I went shopping in the store at 11:49 am and a Hispanic female who was working at the register, poped her head down the aisle too see what I was putting in my pocket. I come in here all the time so I do not need to steal and the manager was waiting in the front.oh and just because I have a nitted hand made cotton hat on and a jacket witch is a pink Columbia jacket with pockets does not mean I steal and I am not homeless just because I have a hat on and this jacket and sometimes just because people look homeless doesn't mean they are it's not cool to stero type others and be judgemental I felt like I was being judged and stero type I felt like the manager and the day time cashier thought I was a homeless person stealing. However I will give this place a second chance and if it happens again I will contact corporate I understand that their people around the area that steal I come here to spend money often.
