I came to this store on October 26,2024 the cashier did not put some of my stuff in my bag I didn't have but four items she was too busy talking about getting her hair braided cuz she can't afford to get it done she was talking to the manager about braiding her hair up but she would have been focusing on what she was doing she wouldn't have left my items out my bad and she was bagging it up I paid for it but I'm just not going to drive it over there to get it and this the store 13893 employee need to pay more attention when they bagging up the customer's items I don't know how she didn't put my items in my bag I have a 4 item for her to scan.

Visited the store yesterday around 6pm the heavy set hispanic chick work at the counter didn't speak to me when I walked in, but my husband had walked back to the front to get a shopping cart, she had so much to say to him.
I am a secure woman of color. But I dislike racism & slick-sters‼️ you speak to everyone that walks in the store. Even the hispanic chick stoking the floor, she seen me walking around looking for something, didn't ask me if I need help, but asked my husband was he okay.
I truly dislike workers like that. But next time it won't be so pleasant, cause they will be told about their customer service skills, since management isn't trained in that area to teach their workers...
Some people need to work in the area of their low mind-frame‼️

They be trying to be funny as hell in there and make you have your cousins go in that store and whoop all the ssa I went in there yesterday with my kids but I promise you if my mama wasn’t in church and could’ve gotten my kids I would’ve had west Tampa jumping at this dollar general yesterday

I walked in the store at 9:48 pm looking for a late snack and as we walk in and the lady says that they close in two minutes. I was deciding on a snacks to get and as soon as 9:50 pm hit she starts yelling for everyone now to pay. I thought they closed at 10 pm I would have been out by 9:55 pm if I had time to choose what I wanted to snack on.
Should have reviewed the reviews before coming to this store. You all need to be fired and not even work. That is lazy.

What kind of managers let their employees close a store 30-1hour before it’s SUPPOSE to close? Always closing early, always out of certain things. What is so convenient about this location?? NOTHING because they are always closed!!!

This store is terrible! So unprofessional.... They make up their own hours and are never opened on time or closing on time, they'll legit close before they're supposed to. All the employees have attitudes, like every single one. And they act like they hate working there. I'm a frequent Dollar General goer and a lot of the other Dollar General stores despise this location and have nothing but bad things to say about them. So beware and go elsewhere

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife asked for the bathroom key and the cashier couldn't speak no English and said oh no no bathroom then proceeded to speak Spanish to her. First off we are in America and we are Americans we refuse to learn gibberish.

I'm a traveling healthcare professional and just arrived to my assigned apartment and needed to pick up a few things. Came to this store because it closes at ten which is the latest. I only needed one fork, spoon, knife and plate. At 9:20 I pulled up and watched her lock the door. I kept knocking. She ignored me. Then some random guy pulls up and starts gathering buggies, so I asked him if they are open. He says, "Oh I don't work here, but I think she took her last customer already". What's the point of being the latest Dollar General open if you're not the latest Dollar General open. So I'm sitting in the parking lot trying to figure out where to go. Trying to map to the nearest Walmart and at least five or six cars pulled up trying to run in. Some I told them store was closed. So not only are you getting free labor out of someone, stealing hours, but you're hindering the company from making money. Maybe it's her stop I wonder how many "real" sales are made after 9. This store should change their hours. I'm just saying. She's still on the clock I guess counting her drawer or maybe stocking. I think she was meaning to leave early, but I'm still in the parking lot.
