Got norovirus from consuming food that was bought in this store and spent 3 days at Tampa general over that. Also had some mean nasty stocker lady yelling at me too last time I went in there. This place should be CLOSED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT UNCLEAN!!!!!

A terrible experience is the third time I go and I don't go again the workers talk to you in a bad way you ask them something and they talk to you in a bad way and at the checkout when I went to pay they had to give me back 80 cents and I was waiting the cashier took out the pennies and I put it in a donation box without asking me and he told me to take the receipt. I'm not against donations, it's more I always leave it but I have the right to be asked if I want to do it

Go to this Dollar general the one on Armenia they don't care if an elderly person is gone to the bathroom in their pants 15 minutes till 30 minutes 5 minutes till and the real professional world I would be fired if I closed early I'm not going to stop I'll keep posting and I'm calling corporate everyday if they lose their job I don't feel bad shut the doors on people like that not a one-time thing thing this has been for 3 years read all the other reviews about that place it's on Armenia north of Hillsborough here comes corporate I'm going to love this one

The staff ignored us. Nice size store. There are some empty shelves. At least most of their isles are not blocked like most DG's. Still the rude staff makes us stay away!

Closed before 9PM. Came to buy 1 item at 8:54 PM. Door was already locked employees ran off when they saw me pull up. I have proof. I would give this store 0 stars if I could.

This store does not great black woman shoppers. They make black women feel uncomfortable and un welcome. I hate it. I have to come to this area twice a month to pick up my prescription from from the Butterfly Pharmacy a few doors down. I be in need to purchase a few things from this dollar store but I almost always reframe from going into this store because they give me the most weird unwelcome look. Call me sensitive if u want. When im spending my hard earned money I want to be appreciated. Not stereotyped.

My review is directed to the manager or the one who thinks she is a manager. Every time a person goes and wants to use coupons at the Dollar General store, this person even gets upset and says that they have nothing to do with it. Too rude to work with clients. For my part, I'm not going to that place anymore.

Worst experience here, I went here twice in a week and never want to come back. The second time I went to this store was to get balloons we bought blown up and tied onto weights. During that time waiting for the balloons we were waiting in a line that wasn't moving at all and the self checkout kiosk had an amount due on it so we assumed it was malfunctioning and not working. The cashier then yells at us if we are using card to go to the self checkout but we weren't about to pay the amount shown on the screen which was an error.The cashier aggressively taps the self checkout button and of course it clears making it seem like we were the ones in the wrong. That then resulted in an impatient customer to barge past us and use it herself. (That same lady then forgot her card and her transaction had to be canceled in the end:)) Meanwhile we don't know where this man went with our balloons so we go looking for him, eventually find him in the back of the store and wait probably 30 minutes for 8 balloons. The main ones which had our friends age on them didn't even float they just sank to the floor and he handed them to us. He also messed up a few other like the count of it but I believe there was a little bit of a language barrier so we just accepted them kindly with what he did. This worker was very nice and it really seemed like he was trying but unfortunately this was just not a good experience and we may as well had done everything our selves since we had to retie some of them and re inflate them with no helium...
