Pro's: $12 minimum. Great for ordering most items. Convenient. Cons: My only issue is a major issue for me when ordering from this store. When I am in a pinch and have ordered cat food through Doordash, my order has never been fulfilled with the specific foods that I've ordered. My cat's only like specific flavors & textures of Fancy Feast. Although listed on Dollar General's website, the items that I have repeatedly tried to order have NEVER been in stock. Therefore it is pointless to list them on Dollar General's website as available item's instead of "likely out of stock". Not only is that irritating as hell, it's a waste of money.

Very friendly, outgoing store employees no matter what time I've gone shopping here. Some fresh produce, milk, lunch meat, coffee creamer, bread, cereal, soda, snack foods, chips, cookies, and a good range of frozen food here!School supplies, otc medicine, pet needs, cleaning supplies, paper products, plastic bags, trash bags, some home decor, seasonal items & lots more!They have good sale prices, too. Offer an app with ability to clip & save coupons, make lists, and order online! Carry a wide range of items any household might need--from bug spray to breakfast, school supplies to gifts & gift cards! They are open late--11 pm, but prices are far less than at convenience stores!Great for those on fixed incomes--help stretch your budget!

Dollar General store #15294, located at 1303 South 78th St. Tampa, Fl 33619. This store has one of the worst customer service I have experienced in this area, with extremely rude and uncaring personnel. Today, I was at the store and there were two ladies behind the cash register (I did not catch their names). I asked if I could please use the restroom. One of the ladies was taking care of another customer, so she turned and asked the other one to take the restroom key and accompany me. This second lady rudely responded, "You handle that. I'm going to smoke." She then walked out of the front door of the store and completely ignored me. The remaining lady just shrugged and told me, "You need to wait."I ended up leaving the store without being able to use the restroom.The employees at this store are always unbelievably rude and have zero customer service skills. This is not the first time that they have done something like this to me or to other customers. It is shameful that we have to put up with this kind of behavior at the end of a work day, when we are already tired and ready to go home. We do not need to be putting up with this kind of treatment at a store where we spend our hard earned money on a constant basis. I sincerely hope to see a change in the future, so that we can enjoy shopping at this location.
