My mother was in the store shopping the other day and a kid name Jordan was very rude and doesn't tell me mom the total she looked for a manager and spoke to a lady with braids iñ her hair my mom can't remember her name but she was very nice said she would handle it get better customer service In front of the store

Walk all the way to the store cause it says it's open till 10 and get there at 730 and the whole store lit up like its open and not a soul inside!!!!????

always dirty, nothing ever stocked, managers stand and watch cashiers struggle with full lines, no store phone, does not follow corporate store policies, trash covers entire parking lot, boxes all over floor, price tags not updated, and store staff closes store when ever convenient to them. secret shopper review.

Why is that everytime at least twice a week the doors are locked while operating hours I live close by so that'sy go to store but they employees are locking the doors how are you gonna make money if the doors are locked at7:00 pm

Very rude and disrespectful employees towards their customers. Spoke to Becca regarding her employees Behavior towards me, she said she'll talk to them, but I highly doubt it. She was making excuses why they did what they did and said what they did. Two employees actually threatened to hit me. she's not going to do anything! never go to this store for anything. Family Dollar nearby is just as bad.

I wanted to pick up a western union after being advised by another store because this stores phone is a dial tone everyone can do it! After a very long walk the lady advised me she didn’t know how! Wasted trip!!
