I don’t understand incompetent workers such as Miriam, I put in my phone number how hard is it to apply my coupons?
I come to Dollar General on Saturdays for a reason and with a very particular plan. Never have an issue other than with Miriam. Yall need to train your employees better.

oh my gosh, that manager is so disrespectful it’s unbelievable. the way she treats her clients is horrible and she should be fired immediately. treats everyone like badly and thinks she’s the world revolves around her, i loved going to this store but she makes it uncomfortable to shop here. i wouldn’t recommend anyone going here please don’t even try to come when she’s here because it’s a disrespect that shouldn’t be tolerated. someone needs to put this woman in her place🤦🏽♀️. apart from that the other employees are nice she’s the only one with a problem.

Went here to pick up some drinks and snacks on my way to the beach. I noticed that the bathroom was out of service, and asked if it was really out of service because sometimes businesses in Tampa will say about them is out of service to prevent homeless people from using it.
I asked her where she uses the bathroom, and told me it was the door next to it. I asked her if I could use that bathroom and was denied permission to use it. I have a medical condition that affects my urinary urgency. So instead of being able to use the bathroom after spending money in the store, I had to drive elsewhere to find a bathroom to use. Will not return because they do not care about customers.

This worker's name is supposedly Stefani. Today I went with my children to this store where I go every month. I have a 7-year-old non-verbal child with autism and a small child of 3. They were playing in the store. Sergio, my autistic son loves buy things for the home rather than play them he was excited happy smiling all the time running from one side to the other, I at all times because the cameras were there I neglected them and at all times I was scolding the little one more so that he wouldn't get away from me Me, my son Sergio doesn't touch anything. On the contrary, if he sees something on the floor, he receives it and puts it in its place. This woman tells me that her boss said that children couldn't run in the store and I really understand that accidents happen. But since you control an autistic child who is excited, the little one does explain things to him and he understands, the other doesn't, I told her go and tell your manager to come and try to control my autistic son, she got insulted and started to say that autistic children do not act so she has a brother who is autistic and that is not the case, I told her it could be that your brother has mild autism, mine does not, she saying that her mother raised him well and that I did not educate mine Coke would tie him up to take him outside if not leave him at home, I can't explain what I felt, my son Stefani is not a dog to be tied up, my son Sergio is a special child, I am so upset so hurt, my son began to say hello to her with his hand and blew her a kiss ??, and she looked at him with contempt ???, my God, how patient you have to be in this country, my God, what a pain that people like this are living in this world I'm not going to stop until they take you out of your job, this can't stay like this, respect the children, they are children, they are human.

I would recommend going to this dollar general very clean fresh wipes to clean carts they try there best to keep it clean , employees are very nice always working and are always helpful even the new ones I noticed they were closing at 9 yesterday but lady was very nice I told her I just needed bread and cheese for my babies she totally understood she didn’t rush anyone out she just said doors are closed and will be opened as customers are leaving she had a beautiful sense of humor even when she looked so tired don’t get rid of her ! Beautiful store :)

Closed until further notice?I don't walk but many customers that live near hear are hurt because you cat even update you store status online. According to your website your store is open.

7:40 p.m. they announced on their speakers that they will close in 20 minutes but the doors are closed already! Asked employee if I can go in quickly to grab a case of water she refused. Fix your hours if you are not going to be open at the times stated!!
