Terrible service, from 6 pm they are closed when it should be at 9 pm, the cashiers have terrible service and mistreat all the people and if you are Latino even more so 😡

I went to this place to buy some balloons, when I left there the balloons opened at the seams and I came back and the manager who is the worst person I have ever seen in my life, without education or empathy, should not hold the position she has. . She told me that due to company policies she could not exchange the balloons or return the money, I recommend that you never go to that place, every person deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect and in this place it will not happen. I give one star because writing the review requires it, but for me it doesn't deserve a star.

The worst dollar tree with customer service, every time I go here a cashier is treating someone badly or arguing with a customer and today I give her a package of candy so that the cashier can scan it and Mrs. Sarita tells me, wait or you won't time I haven't finished, I responded that I had noticed because I saw her standing there with nothing to scan, I don't know why with so many people looking for work because they have poorly educated and disrespectful people in front of a cash register and dealing with the public .

This place has horrible customer service. My bf and I was getting a few items while we were waiting on my vehicle to be serviced. While shopping I had to use the restroom. I asked the stock lady if I could use the restroom and she would not allow me to. We had all our items in the shopping cart. We ended up just leaving all of the items we wanted to purchase behind. F. Y. I.It is the law in a business to have a operating restroom and sink available for customer use. NOT NICE PEOPLE Thank you God bless.

I want to put my opinion here so that they do something about it with a worker in this establishment, stop that today was not a good day for her and she spoke to me in a bad way and insulted my name I don't know I know that she is the boss of something gray-haired lady told me not to go there anymore when all my purchases are done in dollar trees I hope. take action I will write directly to your page if you don't like the job just stay at home
