The people working in this dollar tree are very unprofessional including the store manager I was buying a gift card for my sister and I was waiting in line with my three kids mind you the cashier and a customer starting-arguing and they were about to fight. they were cursing each other and they didn’t care customers where there waiting to cash out or that we had kids around. Worst experience ever I rate this place 0 stars ⭐️

Closes up before the actual posted time. Was trying to get some last minute bandaids and the doors were locked, lady says they leave out at 10 which doesn't explain why y'all doors are locked when the posted says y'all officially lock up at 10.

I was there today , and in front of me an old lady ask them for a chair because she doesn't feel good , the lady in the cashier just continue to asking are you ok , the poor lady passout , , and then they call the ambulance , why she don't bring her a chair it would make a difference some of the cashier are so rude in that place

Manager kicks people out and locks the door by 7:40pm screaming they are closed. Argues with customers. Weird and rude experience. Online store closes at 8pm.

I only use Dollar Tree for Gift Bagsand the paper that goes into the bags.
I do not like their Cheap Chinese Products, but the employees are so very nice! They make any visit there pleasant!!!!!!!

Store is brightly lit and really clean. Manager and cashiers are Christian and professional. Great selection.

The lack of costumer services. 3 lady's working there. Not really. 2 were arguing. The lady with the white wig at the register, made personal phone calls. Cussing and eating pistachio. While touching costumers products with her fingers that she just stuffed in the mouth. The manager had to come overwrite something. No friendly face. They both made it uncomfortable for the costumer. Because they were saying ma'am your card declined. In a very loud manner for everyone to hear. Never again.

At first, my impression of Dollar Tree was negative. However, over the years, I’ve witnessed a noticeable improvement in the management and staff. Despite the challenges of the area, they maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent service. It’s often underestimated how crucial it is to prioritize customer satisfaction, but this location excels at it. They strike a perfect balance between welcoming good customers and ensuring the store remains orderly.

This has to be the worst store ever!! Not dollar tree but stores in general! I happened to call searching for an item and the lady on the phone was acting like I woke her up! I asked for a manager and she said she was? What garbage
