It should close at 10 today however they closed several minutes before that I ran to catch one thing before they close but was disappointed when I arrived more than 7 minutes before closing and they were closed

Good store, I like to visit it, lately it doesn't have many things for hair, a few months ago they had more. Today I went and I didn't like the treatment of a worker who showed a lot of rapport with a Latina who asked a question. We are all equal, there should be no bad treatment for not speaking English, we all make an effort and if they left their country they should not be mistreated. Thank you

The store itself was fine. But when I went to check out, the lady at the checkout stand looked miserable. Another employee walked by her and stated that she’s having a bad day as well. Then the lady was talking out loud to herself saying she couldn’t figure out how to “get him his damn receipt”. So unprofessional. Lousy customer service. I would have asked for management, but I was in a hurry and didn’t want to hold up the line for other customer. However, I will never go there again.

Store Manager states they are now Dollar Tree+ and with that being said they have been given some of Family Dollar products that they sell for $5. Is anyone familiar with that change?????

Worthless. There 4/30 1130 a clerk had to finish texting before assisting me and the other clerk had a phone tucked inside her shirt and talked on her phone while running the register. Seems like tree has no standard of professionalism for employees. No customer service skills and interpersonal interactions with your customers. Not that they don't know they don't care. This is how dollar tree values it's customers

5 stars as far as dollar stores go. You shouldn't compare a 5 star rating for Dollar Tree to a 5 star rating for the Tesla Dealership, they are different sliding scales but I can't rate Dollar Tree a 2 star rating BECAUSE I gave Tesla a 5 star rating, hope this makes sense. So as far as low budget stores go, dollar stores etc, this one is very clean, items where they are supposed to be and the cashier was actually pleasant and kind. Can't ask for more for a buck.

My husband works next door to this Dollar Tree location at the Home Depot. He goes to this store all the time during his lunch break practically every week. He went to the store yesterday (8/23/23) to buy some drinks, spent less than $6. He went to cash register, put his card in, and waited for approval as he usually does, the cashier asked if he wanted his bag doubled, he said no, and then she said "have a nice day" and he left. Well, no more than 15-20 minutes later the cashier and a female customer from the DT went over to my husband's job at HD to accuse him of stealing! They were loud, rude, and even tried to demand he be fired, because they say he stole some drinks! After an ugly exchange of words, my husband went back over to the store and re-paid for his drinks to keep from being further accused of stealing. This incident was embarrassing and had my husband's intergrity questioned! My husband has been working at HD for over 15 years and is well-liked by his fellow employees and customers, so they did not believe the allegations, however this should have been handled in a much more professional way!
