They have a new store but the inventory is awful. Drive to Oldsmar, and the store is full. The cashier wasn't friendly either.

Be careful with what you buy in this store, if it is broken and you don't realize it, they are not responsible. Besides, the manager is racist. I look for the minimum of help, and he ignored my purchase.

Absolutely love Dollar Tree. It gives me so many ideas for my Etsy shop. They are really expanding in what they offer. Now you can find outdoor mats, couch pillow decor, and there's even a huge section just for artists and crafters. I will say that items are not just $1.25 anymore. You will see $3 and $5 items, so just be aware.

I came to exchange a picture frame that did not hold my picture in place. I had the receipt and bar code from the purchase.
The manager said I could not exchange it because it was opened. I asked how I could know it didn't work if I didn't open it. She then raised her voice angrily to me, asking if I wanted to get her fired. I did not respond.
She then snatched the item and agreed to the exchange.
I plan on going to other Dollar Trees in the future, if I go at all.

The don't allow you to use their restrooms, paying customers should be able to use their restrooms. They just lost a customer!

Manager was rude to my mother and my grandmother. She was also being racist and saying “baño baño” and we understand English.shes so rude and disgusting, this is not how you treat customers. she argued with my grandma and wouldn’t stop.

Sucks because this dollar tree is one that has many many good items in it. But the staff is a WHOLE joke. Always got 1 register opened, half of them hate their lives, it doesn’t take 3 people to help ONE customer.. cashier couldn’t even focus on cashing out the rest of us in line because she’s being nosey with something that had NOTHING to do with her. lol, customers are always cussing the employees out because they suck that bad. Only reason I come here is because of the stuff and convenience, otherwise don’t bother.
