The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription. In addition, he refused to forward it to another pharmacy . He was very rude and condescending .

This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever had. Amazing staff who treat you like family and will help you in any way they can. They will help you find what you need for the best price regardless of your financial or insurance situations.

I was referred to Dollex Pharmacy 2 years ago. The technician and Pharmacist are very friendly. Medications are always in stock and available on time when prescriptions are requested. The cleanliness of the pharmacy is always top notch.

Love the family feeling you get instead of just being another patient! Charming and truly embraces the spirit of putting customers first. The pharmacist, closing Friday evening and getting ready to start his weekend, opened up so I could get my diabetic medicine! Plus they are willing to work with you to ensure you get the medicine you need. Not only do they operate under the principles of the "old school", always put the customer first but you honestly become a part of a family here!! Will always stay a faithful and loyal customer and most certainly recommend them.

I always receive amazing customer service here. Getting your medications can be a pain but i can always count on Adolphus to go above and beyond to help me out. I work in a doctors office myself and always recommend this place to my patients!

I usually got to the pharmacy at the Walgreens right across the street from this pharmacy but I recently got switched over to Hillsborough County Health Insurance and the Walgreens directed me to here. I was a little nervous about it at first, on the outside it looks like a hole in the wall... First time I came to visit I didn't notice they closed at 6, arrived at 6:15 and they were closed. They have a glass door and a metal rod door behind it. Don't blame them, this isn't the best neighborhood, but just as a heads up: if you see the barred doors, they're closed or on lunch break.

I DID LIKE HOW FAST THIS PHARMACY WORKS . HOWEVER, ADOLFO NEEDS TO HAVE A BETTER ATTITUDE TOWARDS HIS CUSTOMERS. MY DOCTOR UP'ED MY DOSAGE ON MY MEDICINE WHICH DID NOT NEED A PRE AUTH AND HE STILL REFUSED TO FILL MY MEDICINE. HE WAS IRRATE WITH ME OVER THE PHONE. IF MY DOCTOR CALLS YOU AND TELLS YOU THAT YOU DO NOT NEED A PRE AUTH AND THAT HIS PATIENT NEEDS HIS MEDICATION WHO ARE YOU TO SAY YOU DONT CARE AND YOU WILL NOT FILL IT. I WILL DEFINATELY NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PHARMACY.
