Can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Laura. She guided me through the process to get the coverage I needed for my home and I also transferred my car insurance to State Farm from a company that I had been with for 13 years. She’s very knowledgeable. With hurricane season here I feel relieved knowing I am with a reputable company and the coverage I need. Laura is very spontaneous about getting back to you with any questions or concerns

Went in today to ask about car insurance once I saw they had such good reviews and it was true! I switched over from Geico and I'm literally saving over $200 which is insane! Definitely recommend them for car insurance! Great work!

You have a very smart employee in Tiffany. After several text messages from other ins agencies, I decided to answer Tiffany back. Why, cause she was the only one to actually send a promo by mail. Not email but snail mail. I thought that if she took the time to do this then she was the one I would reply to. From start to finish she was pleasant, knowledgable and never pushed. I would recommend her to anyone🙂

Bought a new vehicle and was issued a new policy. Never received refund from my previous policy. Contacted my local agent office (Doug Johnson) where associate Dawn said she would help. After researching my problem she updated me on status until my refund arrived. Thanks again again Dawn for restoring my faith in great customer service. MH
