I was in a dark time, insecure of coverage, many people gave a bad new however when i talked to Mr. Ray first time I felt somebody listened me, in consequences I started ti see better what was happened to me, from that point on I could have hope. So at the end my problem was solved. Thanks Mr. Ray for your kindness, professionalism and courtesy. Now I am glad having talked to him.

I used Doug for years until I switched to All State 3 weeks ago to save $70/month for the same coverage. Unfortunately, canceling my policy with Doug has been a pain. All State reached out to Doug to cancel my policy, I emailed Doug to cancel my policy, I spoke to one of his administrative staff to confirm the cancelation, and my credit card was just charged for another month of insurance. They said they will reimburse me through check in a couple of weeks, but the whole thing is just annoying and unprofessional.

Spoke with Jennifer and asked about a car insurance policy because I cancelled my current one today. I just wanted a quote and she wouldn’t take any info over the phone was insistent on me sending her an email so she could “handle it tomorrow” I told her it was time sensitive as I cancelled my current policy today. I called progressive immediately after and they were happy to help me over the phone and got me a quote the same day.

We have been with Doug at State Farm for over 30 years and are very happy with the service. "Like a Good Neighbor" is not just their advertisement it is their policy. Doug, Ray, and Alysha (sorry if I didn't spell right) have always been just a phone call away and are always happy to help with any of our needs and keep us updated on our policies and how to get the best value.
