Horrible customer service! I started my Christmas shopping in October and when i went to wrap my gifts I noticed that shoes were the wrong size. I had my receipt but I was 7 days past the return policy, so they refused to switch the shoes for the correct size. The shoes that they still carry in the store for the same purchase price, I justed needed the correct size. It was more upsetting because I asked for a 5.5 in women's and was sold a 5.5 Youth which was not comparable size. The staff was unwilling to provide a resolution. I called the customer service number she provided and have not received a call back from the central office. Unfortunately, I did not proceed with my clothing purchase due to this poor customer service. As a business they missed out on a $2500.00 sale because they were unwilling to do an even exchange on $65 shoes. Bad business.

This place sucks no employee wants to help you. The cashier is cussing and complaining about how they don't want to work there and don't care. Just quit. These other reviews are not lying.

So I just left this store and I’m not coming bk the manager was working the cashier and I was getting my god child Some shoes ( white Air Force ones “ ) I look at the shoes they had red mark on them she was still willing to sell them drity “ I ask for a discount because of that she said no rude “ af and still wanted to sell them so I left went Next door to Shoe mountain they has the same shoes clean “ don’t go here they sell Drity shoes “ the black manager’s lady needs a new job she look like she didt wanna be there “ hair look a mess”

This location has the rudest employees I've ever met. They just stare at you, don't ask you if you need help and when you do ask for help they act like they don't want to help you or as if you are annoying them by asking for help. They take their time and then don't even tell you if they pulled the item you've requested. Shoe Mountain next door has better customer service. I will not recommend this location nor will I be returning
