I had a store credit on a card because of damaged Nike shirt I brought at a DTLR in Orlando. Athletic stores are not my thing but I go sometimes with my husband. I happened to be walking past this store, so I decided to see what they have and use the store credit I’ve had for years. Stood at the desk a good 5 mins or more with NO customers around waiting to find out how much credit was on the card because I didn’t remember. Three associates who ignored my presence at the service desk, were in the store. Finally, I got a pair of sneakers and will NEVER GO IN THERE AGAIN, I do not recommend anyone else go either. I don’t know how this chain of stores remains open, most reviews for all locations are bad.

Paid an extra $30 for overnight shipping it's 3 days later still don't have my sons shoes!! Never again u guys suck!!!

I would never suggest going here or any DTLR. I tried to ignore the reviews but every single review that was bad was 1000% correct. The lady was on the phone the whole time while ringing up a customer. Store manger never came out to even see me. They didn’t want to return some shoes that was never worn!!! I will never shop at DTLR! Worst experience ever ! Now I’m stuck with shoes I can’t even fit nor like!

So I thought I would ignore the reviews and stop by.. my bad. I will never do that again. I had to go to the front and pry this guy away from his phone to get help. He was absolutely no help at all and I was so thankful for his attitude about helping me. I managed to get him to give me 3 out of the 5 pairs of Jordan's I was trying to buy my son for his 21st birthday because again his phone was more important. All I wanted to do at this point was cash out with the pairs I did manage to get but then was told I couldn't until the cashier got off the phone with the boss. I stood there for a good 10 minutes listening to their call until I just walked out . Absolutely such a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and don't shop there.

Horrible customer service! I started my Christmas shopping in October and when i went to wrap my gifts I noticed that shoes were the wrong size. I had my receipt but I was 7 days past the return policy, so they refused to switch the shoes for the correct size. The shoes that they still carry in the store for the same purchase price, I justed need the correct size. It was more upsetting because I asked for a 5.5 in women's and was sold a 5.5 Youth which was not comparable size. The staff was unwilling to provide a resolution. I called the customer service number she provided and have not received a call back from the central office.

Employees open the store whenever they want. Store hours says 11:00am. Had customers WAITING 15 minutes or more and still no one came to the door. Called the store to let the employee know customers were waiting to get in. Acted like the did not care on the phone. WAITED A FEW MORE MINUTES AND STILL NO ONE CAME TO THE DOOR??

Horrible experience every time. No greeting, low skilled employees are extremely rude, can’t even provide decent customer service. They just mumble at you. This is every location in Tampa. Go flip burgers.

Sucky service. Employees swearing and using foul language while with my 13 year-old and 7 year old. Looking to spend a few hundred dollars. Walked out after I askd for the 3rd pair of shoe to try on. Took employee 6 mins to come out from back stockroom. Very rude and always nasty to guest.

Somebody bought me some clothes from this store one piece had a stain and other one was too big . Tried to exchange it and smelly breath rude manager said there is no way to exchange even with the debit card it was purchased with. Total scam items had all the tags

Only let you try on one shoe in store. When you get home and they don't fit or feel right, NO refund or exchanges. Terrible policy. Try Champs
