Anthony gave me not one but TWO half filled cups of coffee. After returning for a refund he didn’t apologize but instead took the time to explain that it “just feels empty because of the foam” it was Indeed half full look at the pics. DONT GO

Paid $30 worth of food. If I chucked my bagel mini out the window on 275 it could quite literally crack someone’s window. That’s how hard the bagel minis were. Bacon was soggy and flimsy needed some viagra. Cream cheese looked like the consistency of a yeast infection. Guy at the window was really nice though. also the white man who ran our food has a major attitude after handing us our order w not everything there. also the cinnamon bagel was not even toasted!!!

the workers consistently move slow as hell and the average IQ for employees in this location is unbelievably low. worst service in the area

It’s crazy that hours of operation is until 8 pm and I get to the drive thru at 7:30 and they say they’re closed.

I'm always disappointed with this Dd. I have a love for Dunkin, but there service and lack of manners and being out of everything is terrible. Food is always wrong and drinks half full!! Today they had never even heard of jelly filled donuts or raspberry filled donuts ! These have never existed according to their people working . Unbelievable

The manager her name is yanni i think!, She wasn’t wearing a name tag because she is the “manager” and refused to remake my drinks because she didn’t want to and also didn’t care about me leaving a review and I contacted corporate as soon as i get my two coffees i will remove this review

AVOID THIS DUNKIN AT ALL COST!!! Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts i have ever been to in my life.. they have completely messed up the last 6 orders in a row for me.. only reason i go here is its 1 mile from my house but will never go back to this dump.. they have never gotten my order right, had me waiting over 20 minutes almost each time and employees are completely incompetent and take zero accountability or responsibility for messing up orders and give me an attitude when they have to fix what they messed up! GO ANYWHERE ELSE TRUST ME!

Used my points to buy a large cold brew with sweet cold foam at this Fletcher Ave location; it was awful! It tasted like old leftover brewed coffee remade to be sold as cold brew. Asked for my money back and was told they could only give me $4 on a gift card. I showed them on my mobile app that the drink is $5.69 with tax. After some more discussion, they said they would give me a $6 gift card. So, I went to another Dunkin to get a new cold brew with the gift card. When I went to pay, the card didn't work. It was not authorized! Apparently, not only does the Fletcher Ave store cheat on their products, they are also not honorable on refunds.Dungkings for sure...never again!

I placed an order in the app to pick up at the drive thru. When I got to the speaker they told me to drive around, park in front and they would bring it out when it is complete. It was 2 coffees. I parked in front and waited. I saw the drive thru was empty. Several people came out of the store but they never brought the order out. I went inside. The representative at the counter asked me what I was waiting on. I told her a mobile order and my name. She asked the other rep where the order was. She says, “over there”. Rep 1 asked Rep 2 was that all on the order? She said yes. Where my order was sitting they were never going to bring it out. I could’ve stayed in the drive thru and received my order. It made no sense.

Yesterday I ordered 8 drinks and a dozen donuts from here. When I went to pick up the order, I had to add coconut flavor to my drink. When I told the employee he said that he already made the drinks and he would not add any more. I told him 3, 4 times that I just need to add flavour, every time he said that now he will not add any more. Than I ask him to put one double chocolate donut in a separate bag among the dozen donuts but he couldn't understand it but I repeated this twice and told him that you will have to pay it separately. I said i pay for 12 donuts and i only need 1 donutin a separate bag , what is the problem but another employee came and saw the recipe of my order and said I will have to pay for the donut, I said keep doing it the way you want. But really it was a very bad experience.#bad experience#employee behaviour ?#employee understanding ?
