We have been renting here for two years and Destinee has been awesome. When we were first moving in we were on a time crunch and Destinee was able to help facilitate our time line and since then she has been very responsive whenever we have needed anything.

I generally don't write reviews, but when someone goes so far above and beyond normal customer service, it wouldn't be right to not make it known. Hurricane Milton destroyed our home, and my kids and i lost just about everything. Destinee and Desiree were not only on top of it, working very late into the evening to help get my kids and I get into a new home, but they were genuinely concerned and cared about our wellbeing. My kids and I have nothing but the utmost respect and appreciation of these two wonderful people. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Destinee has been fantastic! Super helpful and attentive as we went through the move-in process and navigated through hurricane Milton. Answers emails quickly with genuinely helpful information, and always follows up!

New to the company but from the start of the process of being approved Desiree R has been and still is a pleasure to work with. She's understanding and straight forward, great listener and she does her best to make you fell comfortable with the entire process and with anything I needed. Very responsive and works to ensure everything is as it should be. Thank you for your help so far it's been an easy process

I moved to Florida in hopes of starting over after my Divorce. In the process of looking for a home I contacted Bridges Homes and Desiree Roulet responded and helped me tremendously on acquiring residency. She went above and beyond for me and I can't thank her enough. I would definitely recommend Bridges Homes to relatives and friends.

I have been a tenant with this property management for about 5 years now. Unfortunately I was displaced from my home of almost 5 years due to hurricane Milton. It was a very emotional time for my family and I. However Destinee went way above and beyond to ensure me and my family was re-homed. I am forever grateful for Destinee and her services, she stayed in communication with me throughout this ordeal there was never a time she wasn’t available for me. Destinee is amazing I am so happy she is with Bridge Homes! Go Destinee YOU ROCK!!!

This was my first time renting a home. Destinee was super helpful with finding us the right home and making the process extremely smooth. We had 2 hurricanes when we first moved in and the team has been very flexible and understanding!!

Still haven't gotten the right filters but I still pay my 29 dollars a month I've been in this house for 15 years ill be moving out when my lease is up can't get nothing fixed after talking to Desiree all the issues were resolved very happy thank you very much
