This place ruined my life :), I walked in with my 2016 Cadillac that had a computer issue and they quoted the repair to be minimum $2000 for something they couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with it. A salesperson asked me if I rather just trade in the car and they’ll keep at the same price of my previous car note, I walked in with a $300 car note and i walked out with a $700 car note. They didn’t tell me it was going to be $700 until a week later after they called me and told me to come in and finish up some paperwork. They even lied to me and promised me employment, made me walk in for an interview, and never called me back. Months later I called desperate for a solution and the dealer tells me “just crash it and have Insurance pay for it.” Highway robbery. Don’t trust anyone that works here

Took car in for repair estimate per Andrew Becker request, and Jennifer Pena started pulling my front end apart to see what damage was done and it appears she created more damage than when I brought it in for, gave me the run-around with her contact Andrew Becker, litigation is taking place currently for the car that was delivered to me with damages. Worst place ever! Avoid!

Bought a 2020 XT4 had it for 2 and 1/2 years. Three bought an extended warranty that was supposed to kick in after the manufacturers warranty. Traded it in on a Mercedes-Benz with Mercedes-Benz of Tampa Bay. Contacted the dealer so that we had a change address. We sold our property. Never took care of that. Try calling the dealer doomers times. No return phone calls called the general manager. He returned my phone call then we try to get our money back for the refund for the unused portion of the the the warranty filled out the paperwork for the warranty. Waited for them to do it. Tell us it's going to be 6 weeks 5 weeks. It's been 3 months almost now. Contact the dealer neuber's times finance managers finance guys. Very seldom return calls out of about six calls. Talk to him. One time told us it was in the works. It's been released that they mailed it. Checked our PO box our previous address. Still no money call today. No answer from the dealer. No answer from the finance manager. They're very quick to take your money for an extended warranty. They want to sell you the most expensive one they can get you on. but when it gets time for them to give the money back, they want you to wait for an insurmountable amount of time and ignore you. And then you have to keep chasing them. And it's it ends up being a principal but they just they just don't care. That's just the way that it appears to me. My experience with Ed Morris is that they are a very very uncustomer friendly organization. Unless you call to buy a car, they'll put a salesman on the phone right away. If you want to talk to a finance guy, no that doesn't happen. You wait for a call back and you don't get one. So you make another call back and so right now where we're at, we're still ignored and we still don't have our money

Parts department stated they had the rim in stock for my 2023 Escalade 600D, 12 rims in stock to be exact. Once Parts department confirmed they had the rim in stock, they transferred me to service department to set an appointment. I asked the parts department if i could pay for the rim over the phone and they said No I could pay once services were completed. Elainey was able to schedule me same day. Since the other local dealers in central Florida did not have the rim, I drove 85 miles (one way) to the dealer. I arrived 45 minutes early, and sat there for 2.5 hours to find out... they CANNOT sell me the rim. Elainy called later in the day/evening to confirm i was satisfied with my visit to the dealership, and I explained everything that took place and she said she would let the manager know and they would get back to me. It has been a week and no call back.

I had the pleasure of working with Reda today and it was a great experience. He was on top of things and was extremely flexible. The staff and overall management here is amazing and I am so happy I got to work with them.

I just purchased my new car from Ed Morse and the staff there was amazing. They were so helpful and still are very helpful. They are with me the whole step of the way. If I could give them 10 stars I would.Update - I am very disappointed with the service I have had with Ed Morse. I needed help with my insurance company they never returned my phone calls. I called numerous times and my husband also called numerous times. Seems like once they sell you the car they forget about you. I do not recommend them at all, very poor service.

Bought a used jeep from them that immediately was overheating after taking off the lot. Sales guy advised me that I couldn't use extended warranty I purchased for 30 days. Took back to shop to look at and service manager advised I need new thermostat. I advised that maybe just air in system. I was correct it was only air in system and they would have scammed me for $600. Ridiculous and con artists.

First and foremost, I want to thank my service attendant Mr. Steve Beall for getting me the exact thing I needed for my vehicle and as well giving me some insight on some future projects that I'd like to take care of (You Rock dude). Ed Morse Cadillac dealership is top-tier when it comes to the caddys. The service is not fast but very efficient, and who wants fast when dealing with vehicle service anyway. The waiting lounge is clean and spacious with lots of coffee and snacks to enjoy while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. Trust my words, Cadillac drivers. You can't go wrong with Ed Morse.......

Three years ago we purchased an XT5 from Michael Brandon and Wayne Sanderson. Due to our experience we went back today to see them and ended up purchasing a new XT5. The level of honesty, trust and care they took with us, yet again is remarkable. These guys are TOP NOTCH. Highly recommend!

Just got our family vehicle and it was a wonderful experience Jacob was very friendly and welcoming from the very beginning. He answered all our questions to the best of his abilities and stayed with us to help set everything up before we even left.

got the chance to lease a Caddy ATS 3.6 that was purchased here by a previous owner. Loved that car. Even with 74k on the odometer it still drove like a brand new car and turned out to be more reliable than I expected. Only things wrong with it were the CUE screen spider-webbing(factory defect) and some of the interior carbon fiber trim falling off. To this day it's still the best sedan I've ever driven. I recommend it to anyone looking for a compact luxury car similar to the BMW and Benz but with fewer headache-inducing running costs, and not to mention the 3.6 liter V6 which is also found in the Chevrolet Camaro platform sibling

Great deal on the vehicle.Took 8 days to get to closing table.Communication from sales/finance is terrible to say the least. The team there needs more coaching on customer service and communication. The General Manager, I personally couldn’t stand him at first but by the end of the deal, he really did everything he could to clear up his teams mess up on our deal. We were both frustrated but he did all he could to help see this deal through and for that I Thank him.The finance guy that evening saved the day with being extremely calm and understanding.I’m giving 5 stars simply because of the finance guy (not the original finance guy that said I could buy 9 Escalades). The GM: I give a solid 4 stars to. I think it was the almost fist fight and shoes with no socks that lost him 1 star. The sales rep: 3 stars (get him more training, he’s a good kid). The original finance guy: A 1995 Cadillac DeVille used for funeral transportation. The nighttime finance guy: 10 stars. An asset to Morse.

Clean facility. People were nice. Nice selection of vehicles. Was told they are pricing the Escalade at 30k above MSRP.
