I received fantastic help here from the moment I walked in, thru the time I checked out. The staff was extremely personable and kind, and asked amazing questions to help me find pants that fit my needs! In-store experiences where staff genuinely connect with their customers are so hard to come by these days, and it really made my day!

I’m not sure what the lady’s name is but, she was unbelievable with her service.
I took a jacket to the store that had some issues. She was very helpful and was able to come up with a solution that made me very happy.

Stopped in to pick up an order for a friend for an upcoming trip to Alaska. My eye caught on some pretty patterns and was immediately drawn to all the lightweight fabrics. Y’all, menopause is tough and finding things to wear with these hot flashes is a challenge! Quick dry is not just for hiking! Kristen (manager) and Pattie (sales AND in-store poster model - really?!) were so helpful. I admit I miss that service when online shopping.

One of my favorite stores for casual wears but after today I will reconsider. Zero customer service at this location. I probably spent 30 mins finding a few outfits but was never greeted or asked if I needed assistance. Poor representation of the brand and will consider taking my business elsewhere. I know this review will go on deaf ears and not get a response but corporate should send secret shoppers to this location and understand the consumers frustrations.

Wonderful products, great shop. The staff are all professional and friendly. The shop is clean, tidy and offers great items.
I especially love the Tempo tank tops. Beautiful, cool, gorgeous colors and they wash/wear really well. I bought one, then got all of the colors.

One of my new favorite stores! I am going to be working outdoors all summer and needed gear that would keep me protected but also cool. The clothing is all great, but it was the customer service that really blew me away. All of the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I usually like to peruse on my own but it was refreshing to have smiling staff who were genuinely interested in what I was shopping for and wanted to help me find it.

I love everything I’ve bought here! Great quality and great selection for everything adventure- related you can imagine! And the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly — Pattie helped me out and she is the kindest “sales person” I’ve ever met…. plus she speaks from her personal experiences with the adventure gear - that matters!

I shopped here and loved how helpful staff was! I bought items for a long vacation. All items worked out great. From clothes to travel bags! Staff really helped me refine what to purchase for my trip. Love this store!
