Someone sent me an edible arrangement for my birthday, it was never received. I called and spoke to a representative and she said she would remake the order. She did not. I received the order four days later, all the fruit was rancid, and they weren’t ripe. I was told the manager would reach out to me …The manager never called me and when I called back, he informed me that the order was already refunded. The customer service definitely was not good. Next time I will encourage Sherry’s berries

My spouse ordered me chocolate-covered strawberries and a preservative rose. I called the same day and left a voicemail regarding the matter, and I have yet to receive a callback. When I call this location, it just rings and only gives me options for voicemail.

Worst service ever! I place an order 3 days before Valentine's Day, they never delivered on the date requested (14) Called several times to the store , they keep me waiting on the line or they hung up the phone I paid for a service and I demand (good quality )The surprise of course was ruined

Absolutely horrible service! DO NOT buy from them! My partner had to go back to her job and look everywhere for the delivery. When you call, no one picks up, leave a voicemail and no one returns your call. I spent well over $120 and ordered 2 items to get delivered and only 1 item delivered. I wish I could leave a negative star review but unfortunately that’s not an option. Edible arrangements suck!!!!!

Do not believe them when they say “same day delivery”. My boyfriend put an order in at 9 AM when they opened and had a run around with their customer service because the status of the order wouldn’t update all day. Then he gets an e-mail saying the arrangement was unable to deliver only 15 minutes before the last delivery, which is 5 pm. I’ve been home all day and have not had anyone knock or else my dogs would’ve went crazy. Now been trying to call the store and even left a voicemail and still no answer. The lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable.EDIT: manager reached out and did what they could to fix the issue so rating changed from 1 star to 3 stars.

I ordered a box of flowers and chocolate on a Sunday night to be delivered the next day. My order was completed and delivered by Gabriel. Gabriel was so sweet! He called me to update me on the status of my order and when he couldn’t reach the recipient. He went above and beyond to make sure my gift got to my person! Thank you so much for your kindness and going the extra mile Gabriel!

I placed an order on Thursday September 21, 2023 for delivery to a business for Monday September 25, 2023. Most establishments delivery business orders in the mornings. It's now almost 2pm and my order still has not been delivered. I called the store and the associate gave me all this run around about the city location. When I input the zip code for delivery this location was the closest store that it gave me. Slightly disappointed, I hope my delivery makes it before the office closes. SmhUpdate: I received a phone call regarding my review, by someone named Chris assuring me that my delivery was in route for delivery and that I update my review/ stars. Considering the time frame in which I placed the order I expected it there that morning. The delivery was made less than an hour before closing and NO all recipients didn't get to enjoy fresh fruit. They had it a day later. So my review will remain. Thank you ?

Robert helped me with a delivery order for Rosh Hashanah, and it was absolutely beautiful (and delicious). They were flexible with the delivery times and I greatly appreciated that. Looking forward to ordering from them again.

This is the 2nd year in a row where I had to pick up my order because they didn't deliver it timely. Although the order was placed over a week in advance, they still had no intention of delivering it on valentines day. In addition this time they forgot the card. I think they take on way too many orders than they can handle.EDIT: They did deliver the card today. Thank you for that.

I had a terrible experience with this store and their supposed service. I placed an order for delivery on Valentine's Day and it never even showed up.. miraculously, their phone system went down that way and there was no communication about my order and the reason it never arrived. The manager, Andy, needs to learn how to speak to customers, as it's clear he's clueless in that regard. He had no insight as to what happened and did not offer any information about the whereabouts of my order, and why it never showed. He needs to be trained properly, but from my experience, you can't fix that type of attitude or inability to speak with unhappy customers. Please find a manager who can get the job done. Sadly, the owner Chris knows of Andy's subpar performance as he claimed he was just a new owner and had to deal with the people he has in place. Overall, a sad operation at Edible Arrangements South Dale Mabry.
