“I had a couple of green lines that ran vertically suddenly appear on the screen of my phone. I used my phone Insurance to make a claim and was told that I'd be sent a replacement device. I was never told that it would be a different model than my current device. I stopped in at CPR and Sam was extremely helpful with refiling my phone Insurance claim to get my screen replaced at no charge. This was the better option for me because I'd be losing out on the expandable storage with the replacement device. I have a 1TB memory card that I use to capture many photos and videos. I can't justify paying a recurring monthly charge for cloud storage when my current device works perfectly fine. I left my phone with Sam and returned a couple of hours later. Sam then informed me that he also replaced the battery at no charge and I should be able to notice a big difference in the amount of time between a fresh charge. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to do their business here for whatever services are needed.”

“Willie restored our youth! My wife bought a Sansui AU-5900 tube amplifier in the 70's. Fantastic. Nothing compared. All speakers sounded great. Whether records or DVDs, Jefferson Airplane, Jethro Tull, or willie Nelson. Over the past decade, I think that it deteriorated in quality so slowly that we didn't notice. Then the switches began to fail and one or both speakers would come on and go off with changes in volume no matter what the input. We tried changing cables from components, or unplug and replug components into different inputs, until finally we could hear both speakers only in the mono mode. We thought the internal contacts were simply aged out, and without much hope brought it to Sound Technology, a bit of a drive from our home in Lutz. WOW! Magic! It sounds better than is did in 1976, 50 years ago. Willie explained that quality was much better in the 70s than the present, with its digital units. Even the solid state components made in the 70s are better than recently made equipment. But the switches and connectors and contacts of all components can develop carbon build-up, compromising sound quality and reliable connections. So DON'T ABANDON YOUR OLD EQUIPMENT! Bring it to Sound Technology and you'll be amazed. I wish we had brought our beloved Sansui there a decade ago. The musicians sound like they are IN THE ROOM rather than in your speakers. Willie, thank you, thank you, thank you. You'll see my wife or me again soon with the equipment we use in other rooms. Keep up the good work!”

“I have an iPod Touch that I dropped and was told by someone else that it could not be fixed. For a year, it sat in my desk. Finally I took it to GadgetBucks and worked with Chang. I was so impressed with how quickly he was able to tell me he could repair it and in fact it was ready for me that same day. And, the price was extremely fair. He also was very patient with all my questions on this issue as well as providing assistance with other questions I had regarding an external backup option. “GEM Services is defiantly the place to go if you need a TV repair. We previously used them to repair a TV and they were Very fair, Honest, and Reasonable! So we had another TV that we were ready to throw away, but remembered about GEM services....thank goodness we did. We called Eddie and explained the problem and he said to bring it in, and at NO cost would check it out.....who even does that these days. Well, long story short, the TV was fine, Eddie charged us Nothing, like he said, because and the problem ended up being the new Chromecast we bought! “I had a subwoofer that needed its foam surround replaced, and Speaker Exchange handled the repair. Unfortunately, UPS damaged the woofer during the return shipment — one of those situations that could’ve easily turned into a nightmare.
Instead, Speaker Exchange completely stood behind their work. They immediately ordered me a brand new replacement subwoofer, no hassle, no finger-pointing. I know they probably lost money on this job, but they clearly prioritized taking care of the customer over everything else.
Mistakes happen in shipping — what matters is how a company responds. Their customer service was excellent, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone needing speaker repairs.”
“Dropped off a QSC K12.2 for a power issue....I figured it'd take a few weeks at least just to get it looked at... next thing I know 3 days later they called and figured out the issue and it was fixed a few hrs later! $60 diagnostic fee which applies to the repair....and 120 day warranty....very impressed with these guys!”
