“I had a couple of green lines that ran vertically suddenly appear on the screen of my phone. I used my phone Insurance to make a claim and was told that I'd be sent a replacement device. I was never told that it would be a different model than my current device. I stopped in at CPR and Sam was extremely helpful with refiling my phone Insurance claim to get my screen replaced at no charge. This was the better option for me because I'd be losing out on the expandable storage with the replacement device. I have a 1TB memory card that I use to capture many photos and videos. I can't justify paying a recurring monthly charge for cloud storage when my current device works perfectly fine. I left my phone with Sam and returned a couple of hours later. Sam then informed me that he also replaced the battery at no charge and I should be able to notice a big difference in the amount of time between a fresh charge. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to do their business here for whatever services are needed.”

I've brought two Samsung Galaxy Z Flip phones here to have the screen protector replaced and they've done a stellar job each time.
With each Z Flip phone, after about six months or so the phone's factory-installed screen protector inevitably pulls away from the crease in the center, making it impossible to read what is on the phone screen under the crease. This happened four times over two years on the Flip3, and has now happened twice in the past year on the Flip5.
Until Samsung fixes this issue, I will continue to bring it to this store: they make my phone look brand new each and every time. And today's repair was done in just 10 minutes. You guys rock- Thank you!”
“I went in with an appointment to get my phone screen repaired plus another phone that was in desperate need of a new screen. Tracy checked me in, went over everything and told me to come back in 2hrs. Both phones were completed and waiting for me when I arrived. Hector did a great job; the phones look like new! “I have an iPod Touch that I dropped and was told by someone else that it could not be fixed. For a year, it sat in my desk. Finally I took it to GadgetBucks and worked with Chang. I was so impressed with how quickly he was able to tell me he could repair it and in fact it was ready for me that same day. And, the price was extremely fair. He also was very patient with all my questions on this issue as well as providing assistance with other questions I had regarding an external backup option. “I had some issues with the data and Speakon jacks in my Kemper Profiler and attached Camplifier (guitar sampler and amplifier combo unit). I couldn't find anyone willing to tackle this special high-end unit. Willie took it in and made it work great. I got this from my buddy who is a seasoned, touring guitarist and this unit had many highway and air miles on it. Willie cleaned it up inside and re-soldered a few of the connections that weren't so good. Works like a champ and solid for more gigs down the road. I highly recommend these guys for your audio repairs.”

“GEM Services is defiantly the place to go if you need a TV repair. We previously used them to repair a TV and they were Very fair, Honest, and Reasonable! So we had another TV that we were ready to throw away, but remembered about GEM services....thank goodness we did. We called Eddie and explained the problem and he said to bring it in, and at NO cost would check it out.....who even does that these days. Well, long story short, the TV was fine, Eddie charged us Nothing, like he said, because and the problem ended up being the new Chromecast we bought!
