Rent went up, so they CLOSED down mid August. May relocate, follow their Facebook. Professional and Fair prices. Treated my elderly father very nice!

If I can give this place 0 stars i would. The worst nail salon ever. Rudest people work there, i asked for ombre nails and my nails ended up looking horrible, when i went back the next day they refused to remove them for me without paying $15 additional. I hate my nails.. just remove them for me. Literally worst people who have no empathy or any common courtesy. Do not go there and save your money!

Hands down the best nail salon in Tampa!! I am so thankful to have found them. There never is a wait, they are friendly and always make sure I leave with a smile! If I could give them 100 stars I would!!! Thank you guys!!! Pink & white is so hard to do these days but you kill it every single time.
Ps- I love your pricing. Please don’t increase your prices!

Worst service I’ve ever had. Came in two days ago to get a full dip set nails were broken and lifting also got a pedicure and pedicure is chipped and paint is missing. Came at 9:45 like the website says nobody open the door until 1030 to serve me and did no sort of compensation
You’re better off buying your own nails and doing them yourself and doing your own pedicure worst place to ever go

Customer service is okay but they do horrible nails. Had to go to a different nail salon on Fletcher after paying them $85 for platypus looking nails. They’re not up-to-date with shaping or with what’s trending in the current generation of nail artistry, I asked if they provided 3D art and they said no.

Definitely feel taken advantage of. I was told my nails were 60 wasn’t, and I wasn’t told how much my feet were. The total was 105 so I suppose my (regular pedi) was 45. I was told I was gonna get a student discount of 10%, he then told me the105 was 10% of 110, which clearly isn’t right. THEN my nail broke an hour after I got them done. Was told to come back and I return to the store being closed and no one answered when I called back. Very disappointed, kinda liked the guy that did my nails.

My experience was not good at all my pedicure was pretty good the few times I was there. But my Gel refill nail polish has chipped on 2 occasions which means they are using old nail polish this should not be happening at all.
