They did a perfectly fine job replacing my windshield and repairing my hood after a branch fell on my car. They were very timely and communicated well. That's why they got a 2nd star.
The 3 missing stars are for what they tried to do, along with the cheap windshield that couldn't handle a minor frost being scraped off it without looking like someone used a brillo pad on it. For context, I have experience with autobody work. I knew what the car needed. They wanted to repaint the hood instead of just pulling the dents and buffing the clearcoat.
MY deductible would have been the same, but the insurance company would have paid more. The estimate went down something like $1,000 after I insisted they just pull the dents instead of painting, and the repair still turned out perfectly fine.
It's scummy moves like this that raise the insurance prices for everyone and worsen society as a whole.

Yes, I'm insinuating some minor insurance fraud. I know it's common in many industries, and I know this wasn't anything too extreme, but it adds up over time. My review history is mostly negative because I take the time to point out exceptionally good and exceptionally bad business interactions, and unfortunately most people have no sense of real pride, community, or empathy.

My Z06 had some damage on the bottom of its front splitter which I needed repaired. Upon arriving I was greeted by very friendly staff and had the pleasure of dealing with Nando. He did an excellent job walking me through the process and provided me with a great quote. He made great conversation with me throughout my time at the shop as well and I truly felt like a valued customer.
They did an excellent job with the repair. It was completed quickly and efficiently. Now my splitter looks the way it did when I first bought the car! I would also like to add that Michael's communication via email was excellent and always prompt. Whenever I need any auto work done, this is the spot I'm coming to! I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the Tampa area.
