Check in and check out process was smooth and fast. During checking out Victor had me in and out in a good timely manner and credited me for returning the vehicle a few hours early. Great staff highly recommend

We called to confirm whether this location has a minivan. Once confirmed, we made a reservation to rent that mini van. We Ubered to pick it up and was told by employees they don’t have a “working” minivan, only one that wasn’t working. They told us that our “best bet would be to go to the airport” to pick up a minivan. We’ve had issues with this location before but have overlooked it since we’ve been loyal customers for years. This is completely unacceptable.

The staff at Enterprise were very helpful and the vehicle was just what we needed. Check-in with AJ went smoothly, offering friendly assistance with the large van. Check-out was equally as efficient and courteous (can’t remember the man’s name). Excellent experience.Thank you.

Terrible experience. Offered them multiple forms of payment and the lady refused to take any of my payment methods. I understand that they have to have rules in place to protect themselves, but this was after I had already dropped my car off at the collision repair shop and was told using a credit card with my last name on it was okay, but because of a different first name (joint accounts), i wasn’t allowed. Tried to give my debit card she refused to take my debit card even tho she could have taken all $1000+ out of it immediately. She then told me i could just go get my damaged car back. Insane. Left in tears and no way to get to work even though I had a reservation. Hertz took my cards, btw!

I had a reservation number. I arrived on time. This Enterprise did not have a car ready for me. The clerk told me to return hours later and they might have one for me. I was a loyal customer of this branch for over twenty years, I will not return. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem here. This place needs Manager Devon to return, he always took care of customers. The employees didn’t even try to help.

Not a very good start to my rental experience with the enterprise location in Carrollwood. Had a reservation to pick a car up at 230p and have been standing at the counter for over 15 mins with no employees in site. I called the location I’m at while standing here and got no answer. I walked toward the back of store to see if there were any employees in the office and found no one. The place appears to be deserted. Who runs this place????

No inventory. Requested suv because we have a car seat, got 2 door car that doesn’t fit a seat. Told no other cars available that day. Next day offered one of two mini vans, told those were the only other cars available that day (though I saw a man getting into an SUV with an enterprise agent). Mini van #1 smelled like smoke. #2 stalls and restarts at red lights and has low tire pressure. Not the best experience unfortunately.

When I had the unexpected need for a rental, I had a great recent experience at Tampa's Carrollwood location! I especially appreciated the prompt and excellent service provided by Allan & Freddie!

What an amazing staff! They went above and beyond to help me out at this location. Both Freddie and Nate were extremely helpful throughout my process. The car was also clean and in impeccable condition.

Worse manager I ever met. If you want to be treat it like a child and abuse this is the place to go . The manager promised to call me back to help me with my rental etc never did. She keep calling me by my name like I was stupid. Enterprise ??never again.

There are several locations in this area. Go to ANY... EXCEPT this one. This location has by far the most rudest, unhelpful and unpleasant staff ever. Don't waste your time and money here!

This review is regarding my recent rental and experience with Rufus.Rufus is an asset to Enterprise. He problem solved the small hiccup that arose with my rental and for that he has my full gratitude.I needed a van with stow and go in order to have the space to load some items and he immediately called around to get just the right vehicle. I was impressed by his initiative and it was very much appreciated. Enterprise needs employees like this who spring to action!Thank you and I hope he is recognized for his efforts.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They were supposed to give me a rental when I dropped off my car at 7:45am at the GEICO body shop. They showed up an hr later and said that the confirmation code was not in their system and they didn’t allocate a car for me. They gave the rental car to the person who came in at 8:20am. I don’t know what customer service they call this but the manager needs to find a new job. I had an important meeting to go to and wasn’t able to do so. The body shop ended up giving me my damaged car back so that I could make it to work. On top of that they lied to GEICO about the situation but I had enough witnesses.
