Alex Coss, our design consultant at Ethan Allen, was amazing! He worked with us designing our new house in North Carolina using only a blueprint, several pictures, and our input. It turned out to be a really fun and successful experience! Alex was professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. He was a good listener and was able to capture our “style”. Our ultimate design was beautiful! We can’t wait to see it in our new home! Thanks Alex!!!!!

Alex is a wizard. We had a specific vision of what we wanted for our newly renovated dream home. Alex not only helped us to select new furniture but also to incorporate our existing furniture so that everything came together. He advised us on paint colors, reupholstery, window treatments, and rugs. Alex is a keen listener and very patient. He always exceeds expectations and makes sure everything is perfect. We couldn’t be happier!

I’m disappointed in the decline in quality since our last purchase from them many years ago. This server arrived with a non functional drawer which wasn’t properly installed at the time of assembly and never should have passed inspection to begin with. Now I’m stuck waiting for another 3 months until its replacement is built and ready for shipment. I’m not going to be buying anything else from them going forward if this is how they treat their customers.

Our designer Alex came into our home took the time to listen to what we envisioned and delivered much more than we expectedHe goes above and beyond, is always on time and pays attention to detail. He comes back when you receive your delivery and makes sure everything is perfect!! Alex takes the time to come to your home to bring the smallest item to make sure everything is set up in the room as expected. We will make sure to reach out to him for future design needs. Very personable patient and professional designer.

The salesperson that is there has tried to get a bed right since November of 2022, and can’t get 1st quality. The showroom is dusty too and the artwork is blah, if your thing is being treated like a dog that’s the place

My husband and I had the most amazing experience at Ethan Allen today soley because of Alex. We fell in love with furniture that has to be customized and felt hesitant without knowing how it would look in our home. Alex went the extra mile and booked an appointment to bring a sample to our home, and discussed our interest. As a result, we now we feel confident about our selection and purchase. His attention to detail is impeccable and customer service is top-notch!

I believe I stopped in to Ethan Allen's one time to fill out an application for credit unfortunately at the time I was denied but my credit is getting better now I've got myself an apartment but I unfortunately I don't want to live in Florida any longer I moved up to Michigan but I'm pretty sure there might be a Ethan Allen's around here somewhere maybe I have to Google it just like everything else I don't know. LOL

Ethan Allen sells very good quality furniture but you will pay for that quality in price but you can also customize furniture by picking your own Fabrics, you will get very personalized service along with free designer services. All said it's a great place for Quality Furniture.
