This technology saved me! 3 Herniated discs, on my back reapeatedly for a year. I am a patient in addition to being a disc Dr., Truly a great story AND we continue to see many others avoid surgery with DRX9000. Proud to have these wonderful machines in our clinic. ALSO, I have never, ever met such a committed owner of a company. Toured the manufacturing facility and was flat out impressed. It’s easy why they have the best machine in the world.

I have tried several times to get Exite Medical to offer to supply their equipment to the Czech Republic. There have also been requests for spare parts for existing equipment. Unfortunately, I did not receive any clear answer from them. I do not understand why the manufacturer refuses orders.P.S. Thanks to Google and Mr. Saleem! I received the requested invoice. )

Contacted Excite Medical about purchasing a DRX9000, I spoke with Saleem and he was very helpful. I ended up purchasing a DRX9000 lumbar and a DRX9500 cervical unit. I would only trust them in reference to the DRX9000 as they are the manufacturer and only one with genuine new parts.

Great company to work with; always direct, helpful and prompt. Worked with them on the DRX9000 machine treatment for back pain. Also, the DRX9000C treatment from neck pain. The DRX9000 has been a true passion of mine and so glad to see Excite Medical taking it to the next level.

I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a spinal decompression machine and specifically the DRX9000!
