For the past 28 years, I’ve been a loyal customer of the Express store. Over the last 3 to 4 years, I’ve consistently visited the Express store at Citrus Westfield Mall, and I must emphasize that I simply can’t bring myself to shop anywhere else. This is solely because of the exceptional staff at this location, especially Coral, Michele, and Juan. They are not only highly professional, amicable, and respectful but also incredibly helpful, always willing to accommodate customers’ needs.Their dedication goes above and beyond, whether it’s finding the right size, locating items in other stores, or placing orders online. If they don’t have the correct size in stock, I’d prefer to have them order it online rather than going elsewhere. Their service is truly outstanding, unmatched by any other store.If I could, I would clone Coral, Michele, and Juan ten times over and place them in every store to ensure the most consistent and exceptional customer service experience possible. I came from 20 miles away to pickup an online order from this store. The store was supposed to close at 9:00 pm. I arrived at 8:45 the door was locked from inside. There were a few staffs moving around inside the store. Despite of hand waving and knocking the door no one cared to come and respond. While I was continuously knocking people around the mall and other stores looked at me suspiciously. I felt so embarrassed.At 8:57 a young girl (wearing a septum ring) came close to the door and showed hand gestures that they are closed. When I showed my phone from outside that they are supposed to stay open until 9:00 pm, the girl rudely said without sparing word apologizing “our registers are not functioning and what are we supposed to do!” I told her that I came a long way to pick up an online order and she went back and forth keeping the door closed as if I am there to trespass.Finally she opened the door, handed me the item and without even saying a word immediately closed the door.Express should train their store managers and young employees how to appear humbly to their customers.

I have been obsessed with Express for over 20 years now. I even worked at an Express for a few years, out of state. I STILL have clothes that were purchased 20 years ago that look like they were bought last week. Great store, great clothes, amazing quality and from an ex employee's view...a great company to work for.

I placed an online order here a day ago. When I went to pick it up, I was told to wait one more day for the items to be picked. The following day, the attendant told me they could no longer find the items and cancelled my order.I’m not sure how two different shifts of staff couldn’t be bothered to put together an online order. I wish they could just be upfront and tell me they didn’t want to find the items.

Absolutely amazing! I was on a hunt for a simple long sleeve white button up. Harder to find than I thought. I went to 4 different stores and express was my last stop, when it should've been my first! The service I got when I entered was amazing! The gentleman who helped me actually suggested a different button up than what I originally was looking for and he was not wrong! I got so many compliments!!!! Thank you to that gentleman, he had braids and hair was blueish and dark brown! You were awesome and thank you!!!!!

The store is great but you guys should Update your Google profile and hours to match your “Staffing Shortages.” As of 05/14/2022 you guys have been closing early or at random times and 9PM closing time is misinformation.

As quiet as Express is, not one single salesman has the time to greet you or ask if you need any help. No wonder this place is as dead as it is.

Store opens at 12. It’s 12:26 and the doors are still locked. Short staffed is a cheap excuse. Stop giggling with your friends and do your job.

Check out process takes forever - but the employees are helpful and nice. The store manager went above and beyond t help us with getting our military discount that the system would not recognize.

I'm not an avid Express shopper due to a few bad experiences, but on this day, although the store was packed and they were short staffed, I had the best shopping experience. The store manager was so nice. I found lots of items and had no problem spending my money. I'll go back to this location.
