If 0 were an option it would be given. Out of town for 4 months. Hence why i have a storage unit & the facility put their own lock on my unit. The unit the contains my items that have been paid for. when i went to retrieve my items theres an unknown lock. No one in office & Patricia from customer service was neither helpful or knowledgeable. Asked for a solution. No lightbulbs in that brain. Terrible experience. Use any other facility in town. To be honest the location doesn’t feel the safest either.

Neither elevator was working on my move in day. We had a large moving truck full of the contents of our home, and the movers had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs.

Ms. Sally is an awesome property manager. She truly cares for her customer. This extra space on 20th in ibor City is the best, it's clean , well maintained and excellent staff and the best store manger, Ms. Sally who is a wonderful person and she personable and truly cares. Thank you Extra Space Ms. Sally presence. Blessings to you Sally for being such a great manager
