The storage space is really nice, nicely elevated floors to keep the rain water out, nicely temperature controlled and the place looks secure.
The management is very prompt for any questions or asks you have.
100% recommend this place.

It was a pretty seamless experience overall, from move in to move out. Quite pricy and really stretched my budget but it was a necessity at the time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I signed up with an internet special. After 3 months they more than doubled my rate, telling me there is fine print in the contract that allows them to raise rent at their discretion. They simply have to send you a 30 day notice that they are raising it. They do this taking advantage of the fact all your stuff is moved in and you are forced to deal with rate hike. Super shady tactic. The sales rep Scott should have at minimum been required to mention this, especially since it is such an extreme price increase. Sad that they pedicate their business model to prey on people like this. In addition, the comment below "about them being disappointed" apparently came from someone they hire to reply and when I called my location they essentially said I was lucky it was not raised more.
