I was having some issues I went over to the main office and Al was able to take care of what I need done. He was very helpful and call me back in a reasonable amount of time very professional and very polite. He’s doing a great job this is why I rented With this storage unit. it’s not just a storage unit. Al has been great walking me through this process of renting a unit and having the lock cut. He gave explanations and demonstrated on why his lock was best for my unit and how to use it properly. I really appreciated him more because I could see he had my best interest at heart. Thank you Al!!!
