So I left a 5 star review here about a year or 2 ago. The service has definitely gone down hill since then. The last week of March I needed a bigger unit. I constantly call and nobody ever answers the phone. I drove there and arrived around 4 and the door was locked. Eventually someone did open the door. Kim assisted me and told me I couldn’t transfer until I paid my bill. My bill was paid on March 8th for the month so I was confused as to why my account was showing it was past due. Pulled up my receipt and explained to her that it had been paid. She told me to disregard and proceeded to give me a bigger unit. As I left to go move my stuff from my old unit to my new one, the gate code said that it was suspended . Went back to the office where I had to wait 5 minutes outside since the door was locked again. I called the office while waiting outside and nobody answered. I finally got back in and explained that I couldn’t get into the gate, doors, or use the elevator due to my code. She gave me a temp one. As I started transferring my stuff to the new unit, there was a lock on the unit assigned. I’m not sure if it was their or lock or someone’s lock since the lock was similar to mine . Had to go BACK downstairs to explain the my new unit is locked. At this time it was 5:26pm (they close at 5:30). Got back into the office before 5:30 and told her about the lock. At this point I am annoyed because I feel like I’m being THAT customer when I don’t want to be and I’ve been there for 1.5 hours and got NOTHING done. Explained about the lock and I was asked “can we just handle this tomorrow? I’m logged out and can’t log back in” I felt like I barely got any help and it’s hard for me to find a babysitter but I was lucky to find one that day so it’s hard for me to do it another day. Walked out and the employees walked out RIGHT behind as if they’ve been trying to leave that whole time. I sat in my car crying because I felt like the customer service was not there. I’m an easy going person and I’ve worked in customer service for years so I get it.On March 30, I called the place and told them that I will be emptying out my unit by the 1st and going to a different company. Kim said ok. I called again April 2nd to verify that they are aware that I’m out and had to leave a voicemail. It is now April 9th and I’m getting emails stating the my unit is due and now there are late fees. I keep calling and calling them and nobody ever answers. I don’t want them thinking I owe the bill since everything has been out and they acknowledged that I was going to be out by the 1st.When I call the corporate/ main Orlando office, they are SUPER nice and helpful, but they can’t do everything that the facility can do which leads me to always have the probably of getting into communication with them.

Let’s see… first day I come. Nobody told me about a gate code to get in. Or gave me the code. I had to wait two days before someone got ahold of me.Now I leave Tampa tomorrow and all buildings around have power with the grid.And we have a sign no power and I can’t unload my truck full of stuff.I’m not getting a hotel: I have to leave today.Do not use this company.They also have homeless people living in the building. They are hanging around inside the gate at all times: saw one of their rooms with a bed andall.Corporate says they have no idea about this and there is nothing in the system that says power is down…..I took the paper off the gate it has power and opensI called the news and they keep hanging up in my face when I ask if they are paying for my hotel since I can’t take my stuff to the facility. I have to leave Tampa today

Érica was efficient and patient.I reserved my unit online and had minor issues. I was able to come into the office, she assisted and fixed everything. She Made it super easy and did it with a smile. Units are affordable and reasonable prices.

OMG when I tell you ERICA is the BEST‼️‼️‼️ She made my move easy, quick & she's very knowledgeable. Make sure you ask for her & get those special deal this storage space has to offer! Thanks again Erica. I have a 10x20 (best price in town) but a 10x30 would've been even better, but I'm highly SATISFIED ? they "PRICE-MATCH"F. Harvey :)

Ericka was an *Angel".So my first day signing up she made me feel at easie during the process of getting my storage.But, I want to personally thank her and recommend this facility.I had just moved a few of belongings into the unit but I hadn't purchased a lock because I had to run to work.When I csme back during my lunch to purchase a lock I went upstairs to my unit and realized it had already been locked,I immediately went downstairs not knowing why the unti was locked but that she put a personal lock on it until got mines so nothing can be stolen out of my unit.That was very commendable of her.I appreciate her putting in extra effort to secure my belongings.Thank you for this it made my day and I'm happy Iade the right choice.

Beware of this Facility not posting because I want to but to make you aware that for price they are charging go elsewhere ! WE started off low priced ended up @ 250.00 never again Good luck!
