Scott has been a tremendous amount of help and it’s so hard right now to find the human in humanity and he definitely is one of those people in this world and I so appreciate all of his help. I had some medical issues and I could not make it down to Fix the situation that I had and he did everything he could to help me out and he did he is the best thing at that place thank you so much Scott. I really appreciate it.

I would give 0 stars if I could. When I first leased this 10x10 unit for under 100 dollars a month the space was clean and affordable. After about a year the price increased to double, about 160 a month and the entire facility became infested with rats.
People have tried putting their own poison and traps, and you can periodically hear the rats squaling as they are dying as they get into the mouse traps. My unit became infested as well, and as the pictures show there's just rat feces and pee everywhere. The unit stank, and all of my belongings that were exposed became ruined. This included a mattress, several appliances, and a few suitcases.
I received a notice in the mail saying that my storage unit price was going to increase to 190 dollars a month and decided to remove my belongings and end my lease with this facility. In the almost 2 years I have been paying for this unit there has been 0 renovations and no attempts to clean or to get rid of pests. I do not see a reason why they would charge me almost 200 dollars for a facility that is neither clean nor updated at all.
I have already put in my insurance claim for the belongings I've lost and moved out completely. I would advise to everyone who is looking for a storage unit to not only avoid this particular facility but to avoid ANY Extra Space Storage facilities as they seem to charge more in rent and pocket the money rather than actually use it for upkeep or cleaning.

It's newer, I remember seeing it go up just a couple of years ago.
It's clean, secure, and the limited interactions I've had with the staff have been pleasant and friendly.
