I love this store Their rewards program is great and the managers Sean and Winston's level of customer service is impeccable their knowledge of the program can help you earn great deals on your favorite shoes If it's not available in the store they will go above and beyond to get the shoes you are looking for at their store online and you can pick up in store or opt for home shipping. It does look closed down ,but it is OPEN and I go as often as possible they even have great clearance !

Whoever was working when I went in there was extremely rude to me. Older black gentleman. I walked out without buying anything after he confronted me while I was trying on shoes. Can't do anything in peace these days.

Walked in with my Grandson and they found the size and he picked the shoes. He put both shoes on and ran (carefully) up and down the aisle and they fit PERFECTLY! We paid at the register and we were out of the door within 5 minutes!

Ira was and is AMAZING! From the time we entered the store till checkout Ira was attentive and helped us. The store was fully stocked with names like Nike, Adidas and Puma just to name a few at discounted prices. The store is clean with space and seating to try on shoes. Loved the take homes and especially ❤ Ira's customer service and work ethic. On POINT!

While the mall was a complete disaster the gentleman that helped me and my husband was absolutely awesome I wished I knew his name he was an older man he was fantastic in helping us fit my husband with shoes I greatly appreciate it all of his help
