Have been a loyal Tate customer for over 40 years having been a friend of since retired manager, David P had always been pleased with Tate and the tens of thousands of dollars of appliances I've bought. Bought a new washer and dryer in the spring and had my first problem with any appliance where the washer failed. Andy at Tate was very efficient at getting me taken care of and getting a replacement sent out. Just wanted to tell you people you are the best and recommend you to anyone as I have over many years in the past. Thanks again Andy,

My home was flooded from Helene and we literally lost everything. Through a generous donation from Jennifer C. and the kindness of Famous Tate they coordinated a delivery to my home. We now have a bed to sleep on. We are so thankful for the generosity and help from Famous Tate and Jennifer. Huge Thank you.

Purchased my new LG washer at this location with the assistance of Ricardo. He made the purchase extremely easy and had my new washer in the house in a couple days. Also the delivery went great and the delivery guys were very professional as well. This was my second purchase with Famous Tate and I will continue to use them for any future appliance needs. I bought a washer that wound up not working at all. New but scratch and dent. Not Famous Tate's fault. I got in touch with them and was able to exchange it for something different with no trouble at all. The salesman Carl was really helpful on the original purchase. One of the managers, David helped with the return as Carl wasn't there that day. David was a great help as well. It was a bit stressful buying something that didn't work. But in the end, it all worked out and I got great new washer. It's great to have local company to do business with. I have done business with them in the past as well. They are a business the Tampa Bay area should be proud of!!
