The work that was done was 5 star. The service of getting it set up was a 1. It took three weeks from the time I paid my first payment to get the design to the day of labor. Staci always promised callbacks but never actually called me. I had to continually call multiple times a week to find the reason for the delay and when I could set up my appointment to get it done. Again, happy with the product but customer service was lacking.

Wonderful friendly service! Had Big Heads made at the last minute and they did beautiful work and had them ready ahead of my needed time!
The full body stand up of my son (who couldn’t make it to the party) looked so real, the hit of the party!
