I ordered two plexiglass signs online, after approving, paying for and going back and forth multiple time on the phone and on line for over a month the signs still were not being made. When I questioned the employee why he would not answer and put the owner on the phone, He did not like being asked why it was taking so long, got angry and said he did not want me to come into the store, he was going to cancel the order and refund my money. He still has not refunded the payment!The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!
