I have no conflict with paying a premium for luxe service and have accepted the hard truth that even the basics aren't always anymore quarnteed. May be why ppl will go buy Publix vs anyone else basically. This FedEx spot here is simple effective and with a smile dish out a sense of urgency like a Boss.

This is apparently just a mail box that requires a cashier to help you. Stood there waiting for about 5 minutes before someone finally yelled at me that they’d “be right with me”. Guy comes over and asks if I have an envelope. No man that’s why I’m at a fedex store, I have a shipping label. Ok can’t help you. Just use a mailbox instead and save yourself an hour. Unbelievably rude and unhelpful.
Edit from one to 3 stars, almost went four because of one lady who redeemed my experience. But realized 4 stars would really be dishonest.
The first guy came up and rudely told me I couldn’t send anything without an envelope. I left sat in my car and though woah, Walgreens definitely has an envelope (the employee should have suggested that. Pretty mean thing to do in my opinion). Anyway I went back in bought an envelope and tape and a lady helped me out. She initially seemed a little short as well but we warmed up to each other and she genuinely helped me get my letter sent. A more introverted person would not have been able to get this done today though. Anyway the lady and I are cool.
