They don’t listen to you. Wasted over an hour of time waiting in line, using their computer, & even had to call FedEx customer service while in the store. In the end was told to go home & do it myself. Save time and go to Hyde Park location. They actually listen and help.

No self service kiosk. Always a line. Go to FedEx on Dale Mabry. They have a self service kiosk.

I just want to say thank you to the young woman at this FedEx shop who helped me this week. I accidently used the incorrect envelope (I had a ground shipment and used an express envelope) for my shipment but she was kind enough to still ship my return item. Excellent customer service! Thank you.

Extremely rude lady behind the counter on 3/18/25, but it’s probably because it is so busy in there. You need to put the drop box back in there so people just dropping off don’t have to wait in the long lines.
