Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to print. Came in to print court documents. Self service printers don’t read zip files. Go to the counter and am informed it’s an additional $2.50 to have them print the pages. It literally took 35 minutes to print 57 black and white pages. Then at check out after paying I examined the receipt only to find that they charge 60% more per page for them printing it. Additionally it took so long that the 30 minutes of free parking had expired and that was another $2.50. All in all it cost me nearly $25 to print 57 black and white pages. An absolute joke.

Horrible customer service, VanessaNeeds to be trained to know how she needs to help client that walk in , not to tell them hold on and the 2 employees talk and after 5 minutes Sarcastically say now how I help you . Poor customer service !!

Never actually rings doorbell or knocks when delivering a package that requires a signature. Frustrated.

My packages are being stolen due to improper delivery!!!! It was deprived 2 hours before I checked it. I stay in an apartment and it was left in an area outside of the gate instead of bringing it to the package room in the main office

WORST FEDEX IN THE WORLD!!! Honestly never had a good experience here there is always a huge line and the staff is horrible, unfriendly, and clueless.

If you need custom prints, look elsewhere. Printing Expertise no longer exists in this place. I have been able to print this same custom print for 15 years, including up to last year, but they just refuse to even try anymore. Their equipment can print the custom prints, but they will refuse to try. I will never use a FedEx office again and will recommend others to look elsewhere when they ask mel. (25 years IT experience talking here)

Slow as molasses. Awful. The two women working should not be in customer service. Obtuse. Clueless. Hello? There 's a line of people waiting, pick up the pace. FedEx needs to get better management into this store.
