Anthony is the best!! I am in and out everyday and he makes everything so easy and efficient. I will drive to this specific location no matter where I live just to have the service they provide!

As the owner of a retail business, I try not to leave negative reviews for other businesses because I know it is difficult to run a retail business. But this is not the best run FedEx location. Some of the staff members are fairly rude and pushy. Today I tried to pick up a print order and they are closed when they should be open. After having use this location about 10 to 12 times, I can say that it is consistently not the best location.

Ashley helped me with a last minute order for a special work anniversary. The larger FedEx office down the street just told me no. Ashley figured out how to do it and very quickly! She saved the day. My boss was also very happy.

I have been here twice and both times have been great. I came at busy times and the staff was able to help me with great customer service. One of the machines that is used for printing was having issues so they gladly helped me with emailing them my documents and they were able to print them for me. The second time I went, the machine was working and I was able to print my documents using the retrieval code with no issues, they helped me with everything that I needed and even offered supplies. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I've been twice in the last few weeks to drop pre paid packages. There are two women who work here who shout and aggressively point their arms about where the line is and where the drop box is.
The aggressive culture is more like an immigration penitentiary than a customer service store. Why aren't these women trained properly?

I normally do not write reviews, but Ashley and Anthony are truly exceptional and deserve a rave. The quality of the prints we ordered was pristine and more than we could have asked for. We also recognize that we were not the easiest customers because we had a really tight turnaround time, but they said no problem and reassured us that they would help us make it work. They went above and beyond, but you can tell this is just how they operate on a day-to-day basis - they treat every customer with the same professionalism and care. When I was in there, it was packed but they took their time to answer each customer's questions thoughtfully and patiently. They are both so knowledgeable and emailed or called each time to confirm any details. I will be going to this location every time! Thank you so much Ashley and Anthony!!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received from Anthony on my last few visits. I feel that he has been discriminatory towards me, and I find this completely unacceptable.
Specifically, you have prevented me from sending my package, citing reasons that other representatives have not found to be an issue. This leads me to believe that you are targeting me based on my ethnicity and gender.
I hope that this matter can be resolved quickly and professionally.

I sold 100+ pieces of expensive china on eBay. Because the product was so delicate, I decided I would have it professionally packaged for shipping.
When I called this store to ask for a general estimate, they said they would not provide that over the phone - only in the store. (FYI - UPS Store provides estimates over the phone.) OK - no big deal. So, I took all the china in first thing in the morning.
The lady who was working said she would get back to me with an estimate after the morning rush settled down. She also said it would likely need to ship in multiple boxes because of FedEx's standard of 3 inches of packing (bubblewrap) for each piece of china. Sounds great - just what I was hoping for.
She never called me back.
So, at 4pm I called to find out what was going on. The person who answered said that lady wasn't there and they couldn't read her writing with my phone number. (You couldn't contact her to ask?) Plus, they still had not estimated anything. He promised me an estimate within the hour.
An hour later, as promised, I got the estimate, printed my eBay shipping label and packing slip and went down to the store to pay for it. This went fine.
A day later, I got a call from my eBay buyer saying she got a notice her package had been delivered, yet there was nothing that was dropped off. When I looked into it, FedEx had erroneously marked the packages delivered mid-way thru their journey. So, they're still on their way. Weird, but OK.
Two days later my eBay buyer contacted me and said most of the china in one of the boxes was smashed to pieces because whoever packed it did not put protection around it. WHAT? This is exactly why I paid FedEx to pack it - to ensure the china was well protected. I refunded the buyer for the broken pieces and moved on, because I did not want to inconvenience the buyer with taking pictures, etc. to file a claim.
Unfortunately, this is not my first questionable experience with packaging at this store. So, you obviously should not use this store to package anything delicate for you.
Update (Jan 2025): eBay notified me that FedEx wants to charge me more for these shipments because this store provided incorrect weights. (This is wrong on multiple levels.)

Stopped by location today at 2:40PM to pu a package. Sign on door said we apologize, be back at 3:40pm. That doesn’t work. If staffing is an issue, owner should leave a way for folks like me to contact them and have whoever deliver the package to client. Do not know circumstances behind today’s situation but not having the staff to run the business in the middle of the day is unacceptable.

I placed an order on FedEx website. A gentleman called me and explained there was going to be some issues with stretching the graphics. I said I'll be there to see what he means and to not print off. I got there and it was printed and was way too small for the size I wanted. He was extremely condescending and didn't want to help me understand! Not everyone is knowledgeable in your department, that's why you have the job--- TO HELP CUSTOMERS! And I said now I have to reorder and pay more, and he said YUP. I specifically said do not print my order until I get there, but he went ahead and did it anyways. Customer service sucks!
