There was a lady there that went out of her way to help me. My receipt doesn’t say her name but she’s a little shorter and with light brown hair and soft voice. Anyways. I was flustered from having to travel to a bunch of fedexs that couldn’t print my label. She almost turned me away too. But she did it for me and I’m just grateful I didn’t have to travel 30 minutes out (traffic) at 5pm to the next fedex that could. So thank you. I appreciate your help.

No stars! Federal Express is incompetent and inconsistent. On the phone with five different customer representatives as well as one unconcerned supervisor named Brian regarding a package non delivery. Although tracking indicated delivery be end of day no one, including unconcerned supervisor, Brian, is unable to confirm when the package can be expected. Unconcerned Brian stated I cannot rely on the tracking information because the tracking status is computer generated and unreliable. When asked if unconcerned Brian could call me in the morning he replied no because he would not be available. Unacceptable customer service at its finest.

The lady in the office was not helpful at all and just clocked out after me waiting for 20min because she was able to place the item on hold so I can pick it up from FedEx office. She was looking at her screen and suddenly just walked away and said I have to go and the place was open for another hour+. Probably she was watching the clock to leave all the time instead of working

I honestly wish I could give no stars! Every single time I have a package delivered they hold onto it for more than 24 hours before they deliver it but yet it says it will be delivered that day! This last time they had my package way over 48 hours and I’m still last on the list to be delivered to! Why do you guys hold onto packages for so long???????? I will be going to UPS

Horrible! This FedEx shipping facility is just awful! Every time I order something from online and it ships FedEx I never get my packages ontime. It will be on the truck for delivery and then the driver always decides not to deliver the package! They make some exccuse of customers unavailable yet I would be home all day and never once saw or heard a FedEx truck! They just being lazy and don't want to deliver all their packages. Not to mention they loose my packages and have also delivered to the wrong house whos address isn't even close to mine! They should be held accountable for their lazy truck drivers.

Delivered my package to the wrong address and still haven’t received it and they let somebody else signed for it at the wrong address

These delivery drivers are the laziest out of all the delivery companies. They leave stuff in the middle of my driveway instead of taking 3 more steps to leave it under my covered porch. My stuff is always rained on because of their lack of caring.

Why does Fedex always have problems with the german customs office? Why are the packages always delayed? But the Fedex planes look good.

I believe they are reading at a kindergarten level, the address is very clearly printed twice on the box yet they still send me packages from a few streets over on an regular basis. I tried to call and on the 1st attempt I got someone who spoke very little English, on my second attempt the rep's headset was so garbled she was difficult to hear and she asked me to call back. On my third attempt the automated system would no longer send me to a rep.
