Update: Their systems won’t print receipts for pre-paid labels and no one seems to care. Has been broken for several months now.

LATE every time! FEDEX calls gives me a window of time and then does NOT SHOW! Wasting my time on a consistent basis!! NEVER RELIABLE!!

Arguably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any shipping store. Half the time no one is even at the counter to assist, so you stand there for 10-15 minutes simply waiting on service. The other half they just ignore you. Upper management needs to host some customer service lessons or something. Truly pathetic

Came in to drop off some packages there were two people serving.. One of them was busy and the other one literally walked off out the back without saying anything and didn't come back, even though customers were waiting.

Driver completely dragged our packages across the ground, only delivered 2 of the 3 packages and took the worst, blurriest picture to where you can't tell anything in the picture. Do not recommend.

Not sure who they are hiring but what terrible service! They can't even deliver a package overnight after 4 tries. The have killed more fish, the box is marked live fish, but they don't care!

Received my package today, and instead of bringing my package to my doorstep, they left it at 20ft from my door. This is the second time this has happened. In 24 yrs never have i had a problem with FedEx. I don't know if there is some retraining needs to happen.

I have not received two rather expensive packages from FedEx at this point. I checked back with the shippers in both cases and confirmed the address was correct. I additionally tried to request signature service but was unable to do so. In both cases my package never arrived despite FedEx indicating it had been delivered. My last shipment was a computer monitor from Target. FedEx provided a blurry photo of the package. I searched my apartment building and found the package they took a photo of. It was a box of chewy dog food that was delivered to the apartment below me. I have attached the actual photo. Target told me to contact FedEx, who told me to file a claim but then didn’t allow me to. They said the address did not match the address they had, despite Target having the correct address, and the order confirmation having the correct address. FedEx has to be the worst shipper of all time at this point. It is sad to say because they use to be pretty decent, or maybe this is something localized. Either way, I have come to dread when I order something and it says it is being shipped through FedEx.
