What a poor running business. Mika Davis the manager. Completely lack of being professional. Zero help or the ability to handle his responsibilities to FedEx or the clients he's responsible for. I will never use this company for my business again. Was hung up on. Raised there voice at me. After signing the release form. And being assured my package would be at my business by 6pm and canceled appointments I then get a call at 730pm to drive down and get it myself or I have 15 minutes until they send it back.My package was my credit card scanner to collect payment in order to pay my employees in 2 days. For which one is getting a new home and desperately needs his money for deposit.This is a very poorly ran business by animals.

The man as the front desk is age discriminatory and disrespectful. Made very rude remarks and assumed that the guests were rushing him when no one even said a word. Man said very obviously he is not in any hurry. I am picking up an exciting shipment for my wedding. Truly terrible experience.

They have terrible customer service the lady that works there is always rude and mean . Not to mention they hold packages there for days instead of shipping them out the same day of dropOff . I will not be using FedEx again

I paid for overnight shipping on my package which was $40. It was supposed to arrive on 8/10 but kept getting delayed and no one contacted me, the delay was incorrect address, I verified the correct address which was the same address on the order and was told it would be sent 8/11. Same issue again and it gets delayed for the exact same issue I had already spoken to someone about and fixed. I called customer service on 8/12 at 8 am and was told they would send it out, even had someone from the shipping facility call and send the driver out, driver just goes ahead and puts incorrect address again because he can’t work a GPS and I then have to call back yet again at 11 am to have them try again. I was even willing to meet the driver halfway somewhere to get my package and was told they would call me back. I never received a call back so I called again at 4pm and this point I’ve spoken with multiple customer service reps and have been told I need to fix the same issue of incorrect address that I already fixed and was promised that it was out for delivery to be delivered on 8/12. Well I get told at 4pm that the facility is closed and they can’t send the driver (who has had my package on the truck all day) because they’ve gone home and it will arrive Monday 8/15 by 8 pm. At this point I don’t think it’s going to arrive Monday because the same issue is going to come up again with the address of I feel like my package was just lost and nobody wants to deal with it. I wish it would’ve just been done with UPS instead, I’d even take USPS at this point over FedEx.

FedEx has the dumbest or laziest drivers on the planet, I can't decide which. They either drop my packages in my driveway or lean them against the screen door,WHICH OPENS OUTWARD, thus blocking it from opening. Both of these locations leave the packages out in the afternoon rains, instead of on the screened in porch where they would stay relatively dry.

Went there late to pick up a urgent package... and store was almost closed. Ty was there to help: professional, efficient, courteous and friendly. Went back there, and VOILA: found my package: Another satisfied customer... FEDEX: This man deserves a promotion and and the rest of the crew a HUGE pay raise. Good job people!

So this is all due to a driver who cannot seem to find or knock on a front door. Or even the driveway at a minimum, my home security video shows him just driving by two days in a row. So anyways numerous calls to fed ex corp later, who gives me the option to pick up package at this location.. This location has a gentleman at the front desk who seems to take his job very seriously.. And if you don’t have the tracking number to a package that you don’t have the tracking number to he will refuse to help you.. Even after speaking with fed ex customer service numerous times and being told that you do not need anything but photo ID and address since I don’t know this items tracking number.. Wrong :) no help whatsoever until you call fed ex customer service again and spend another 20mins to get a tracking number their system has that I don’t :) time in my life I will not get back wasted in incompetent bureaucracy

Lazy delivery drivers , leaving packages out in the open and in the sun to bake all day. Thanks FedEx. Atleast UPS hides the packages like a decent company
