Took the day off of work to sign for a package that was being delivered today 12/13/23 followed all of the updates on my FedEx app and then was notified of an exception for the delivery of the package, and that it would be delivered tomorrow. Called customer support. They said that somebody had attempted to deliver it, but there was no one at the facility to sign for it. Notified the customer service representative that I had been waiting all day for the truck to show up and I also received a notification saying that it was still sitting at the facility in Tampa, I asked if I could pick up the package locally because I can’t wait until tomorrow was denied the ability to do so because the company I’m getting my product from requires it to be delivered and signed for. I asked to speak with the escalation team and was denied and then hung up on. Called back a second time. Got the same scripted response. Was again denied the ability to speak with the escalation team. Called a third time explained the situation, and the woman said that the package had never left of the facility and would be delivered tomorrow. No I’m going to have to take a second day off of work because of the incompetency inside of the FedEx facility.

Driver stole the air Jordan's right out of the delivery box, and delivered a flat box to my door. Luckily nike sent replacements, but I have made them aware of my carriers sticky fingers, for future thefts

Reporting to BBB. Today FedEx delivered a package to me with a giant green sticker on it that said “cleared customs ok to deliver”. This was much to my relief as I had paid extra to the vendor to get the package quickly. So, imagine my surprise when I got a call from the local FedEx office asking for the package back because the package had not cleared customs and they made a mistake giving it to me. When I talked to the local FedEx office, the woman who answered the phone said that I would get my package back. Well, she lied as I just got an email stating they returned it to the shipper. She lied so that I would be willing to hand over the package thinking I was getting it back so that they could avoid the disaster of delivering someone a package that hadn’t actually cleared. It’s shameful and they should be held accountable not only for the offense, but for the lie to try and reverse it. Not only do I no longer have any faith in FedEx at all, I also do not have the dress for my daughters graduation celebration next week. Thanks a lot Tampa FedEx.

The way they treat employees is horrible. No communication from staff to employees and they’re rude when addressing situations.

I recently had ordered a package and was not home at the time to receive it. I got a from call from Alex and he was beyond helpful. He worked with me, by leaving the box and letting me know it was left so I could have someone pick it up. He was amazing. And the delivery driver was even better. His name is Emilio Valentino. He delivered the box and helped my father even bring it inside. His politenesses and helpfulness is beyond words to describe. Both workers where excellent.

When you spend thousands of dollars on a purchase and accommodate your work schedule to be available to sign for delivery, professionalism is expected. Variables outside anyone’s control are inevitable and so, the update on delivery being postponed to Monday, in lieu of Friday was frustrating in itself; however, understandable. The kicker, was us trying to drive to this freight location to pick the item up ourselves, and being told, “no you can’t pick it up today, I’d have to go out and locate the shipment in the ‘yard’ and it’d be too much of a hassle”. Outright despicable of this employee to require her workday to remain undisturbed by anyone asking them to perform at their workplace. As a business owner, I would be livid if someone like this was employed bearing my reputation. Not only was there no definitive and justified reason for the delay, but to refuse pickup when we called first thing in the morning, is beyond me!

I received a tracking number via email then went to track my shipment with FedEx tracking and was told my shipment would arrive Monday Nov. 9. I took a day off work without pay to receive a signature required shipment. After waiting all day, about 3pm I received a phone call from FedEx wanting to know if I would be home on Tuesday to receive shipment. Well I'm the answer was no I can't take off another day, Instead I made arrangements to pick it up Wednesday. It rained that day and couldn't bring my package down the ramp because they're forklift can"t operate on wet surfaces. Finally I was able to get it on Friday after taking more time off work to drive 22 miles each way to pick it up , So I waisted money paying for home delivery and taking off work costs me nearly $400 dollars and having to deal with an agitated boss. And one of the people I talked to was extremely rude. FedEx you owe me. Well I know I'll never hear from them after complaining to customer service because they don't care about anything but the money. The whole deal wasn't worth it. I should have never brought this item, it cost me way more for receiving it than the cost of the productFEDEX SUCKS
