** WARNING*** Tampa Fed Ex tried to deliver a day early and I was at work. It required a signature so they left a door tag that was not filled out but had stains all over it. The tracking said they would deliver the next day which was the scheduled day but never showed. Left a signed door tag and went to work today, they still have not made a second attempt or updated the status. Cant get a hold of anyone and the app and website just send you in an endless circle. They just keep saying I can pick it up. I paid $188 to have it shipped and it weighs #100. I'm not going to pick it up. They are useless and hire drivers based on quotas and not conscientious workers. SCREW THEM.

Very bad service, the person who was supposed to deliver the package to me in that office sent me to another office without even checking the order number. My package is lost and was given to someone else who has nothing to do with me or my address.

I had a very bad experience with FedEx. I was supposed to get a phone 2 days ago and they refused to deliver it and just put a paper on the door saying they would return it. The next day they were supposed to make a second delivery attempt and it never showed up. They gave the excuse that they couldn't find my property. So how do they say they won't find my property if they put a paper on it the day before? They are irresponsible, liars and have little desire to work. My husband was working with you and that excuse is not good for us.

I had a very important package that was to be delivered. We waited at home to receive that. The delivery was not attempted, yet the tracking status was incorrectly updated to indicate a failed delivery attempt due to the recipient being unavailable. This information is inaccurate and I went to the location per the updated instructions and I was told the package is still out with the delivery personal and to come at a later time.

Came to return an electric scooter today as the other locations do not accept them. Had a bit of a issue with the label and the the young lady who's last name is Hardy, went above and beyond for me to ensure I was able to send the scooter out today. I truly appreciated her focus on customer service! Thank you for all of your help today!!!

Driver knocked and left within 60 seconds before I could physically get to the door.
Not that it should matter, I'm a disabled veteran, I'm physically unable to get to the door quickly.
